★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a clínica. Tive uma emergência no meio da noite, levei meu cachorro e fui atendida por uma veterinária que me pareceu muito despreparada, tudo que ia fazer ligava para a chefe, que acredito que seja a dona do estabelecimento, já mostrando desde então o despreparo.
Resumindo, um lixo de atendimento, meu cachorro é manso, não morde, mas a veterinária Fernanda em uma frescura pra segurar o cachorro, que só virou o rosto (reação normal)imagino como é quando chega um pitbull. Agora eu como dona, não tenho veterinária como profissão ainda tenho que ficar ajudando no procedimento? Sem cabimento, esses veterinários são pagos E MUITO BEM PAGOS pra fazer tudo isso, pois eu não tenho estrutura.
Clínica de mercenarios, entendo que ninguém precisa trabalhar de graça, mas também acredito que não prejudique tanto assim parcelar os 300 reais em 2x, mas não, o interesse no dinheiro do dono é bem maior que a vontade de achar logo a causa do problema.
Enfim, não voltaria e não recomendo a ninguém, quem tem a possibilidade de ler os comentários antes de ir em um lugar ruim assim tem sorte e não deve deixar passar; eu não tive muito opção diante da emergência, e provavelmente é por isso que lugares assim ainda sobrevivem, as custas de alguém pra maltratar e fazer de bobo, pois precisa de um atendimento para o filho de quatro patas.

Now as a owner, I don't have a veterinarian as a profession. Do I still have to help with the procedure? No way, these vets are paid AND VERY WELL PAID to do all this, because I have no structure.
Mercenary clinic, I understand that nobody needs to work for free, but I also believe that it doesn't hurt so much to split the 300 reais in 2x, but no, the interest in the owner's money is much greater than the desire to find the cause of the problem soon.
Anyway, I would not go back and do not recommend it to anyone, who has the possibility to read the comments before going to a bad place like that is lucky and should not miss it; I didn't have much choice in the face of the emergency, which is probably why places like this still survive, at the expense of someone to mistreat and make a fool of myself, as they need assistance with their four-legged son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nossa experiência com a clínica Vet Vergueiro nos causou grande descontentamento pela aparente falta de profissionalismo e clareza.
Nossa cachorra estava passando em consultas na clínica para cuidar de uma alergia na pele, foi então que, em sua penúltima consulta, a veterinária nos perguntou se poderia realizar UM exame na nossa Pet, pois, segundo ela, precisaria analisar a condição de sua pele, sendo assim, minha mãe autorizou.
Porém a surpresa veio no balcão da clinica no momento de pagar! Foi aí que descobrimos que a Drª não realizou UM exame (como foi combinado), mas sim QUATRO! Foi uma situação totalmente desagradável, pois não estamos preparados para isso, lembrando que minha cachorra já tinha o diagnóstico da alergia e já estava em tratamento.
Foi então que na última consulta, minha mãe perguntou para a veterinária o que havia ocorrido, pois ela havia dito que faria somente 1 exame e NÃO 4. Foi então que a veterinária com arrogância disse simplesmente que não estava lá pra extorquir ninguém, que não trabalha de graça, além de ser totalmente rude, não se desculpou.
NO TERMINO DA CONSULTA, minha mãe pediu a receita do medicamento contínuo da minha cachorra (injeções mensais), para que ela pudesse seguir com o tratamento em outro lugar, mas a veterinária em um ato totalmente ANTIÉTICO se RECUSOU, e ainda disse: “não vou dar a receita, você vai precisar pagar a consulta em outro lugar.

Our experience with the Vet Vergueiro clinic caused us great discontent due to the apparent lack of professionalism and clarity.
Our dog was going through appointments at the clinic to take care of a skin allergy, and then, in her penultimate appointment, the veterinarian asked us if she could perform ONE exam on our Pet, because, according to her, she would need to analyze the condition of her skin , therefore, my mother authorized.
But the surprise came at the clinic counter when paying! That's when we found out that Dr. did not perform ONE exam (as agreed), but FOUR! It was a totally unpleasant situation, as we are not prepared for it, remembering that my dog was already diagnosed with an allergy and was already undergoing treatment.
It was then that in the last consultation, my mother asked the veterinarian what had happened, as she had said that she would only do 1 test and NO 4. It was then that the veterinarian arrogantly said simply that she was not there to extort anyone, that she was not works for free, besides being totally rude, he didn't apologize.
AT THE END OF THE CONSULTATION, my mother asked for a prescription for my dog's continuous medication (monthly injections), so that she could continue with the treatment elsewhere, but the veterinarian, in a totally UNETHICAL act, REFUSED, and even said: “no I'll give you the prescription, you'll need to pay for the appointment elsewhere.

Em outro momento precisei do serviço de alergia que ngm (6 veterinários) sabiam tratar e aqui bastou 1 consulta e a Dra resolveu! Estamos em tratamento mas já da pra perceber o amor e o conhecimento deles!
