★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só recomendaria para acompanhamentos de rotina. Mas se o seu animalzinho estiver doente: busque uma clínica mais comprometida e com mais preocupação e envolvimento com tutor e bichinho.
Tive uma ótima experiência com o atendimento da médica veterinária em si. Mas lidar com a clínica é exaustivo. Não enviam resultados de exames a não ser que sejam cobrados repetidamente (mesmo dias após de estarem prontos), é preciso insistir para saber quando o veterinário que te atendeu estará na clínica para que você possa continuar o tratamento e retorno com ele, obter quaisquer respostas da clínica pelo whatsapp é cansativo... é impossível criar uma relação de confiança desta forma.
Would only recommend for routine follow-ups. But if your pet is sick: seek a more committed clinic and with more concern and involvement with tutor and pet.
I had a great experience with the veterinary doctor herself. But dealing with the clinic is exhausting. They do not send test results unless they are repeatedly billed (even days after they are ready), you must insist to know when the vet who attended you will be at the clinic so that you can continue the treatment and return with him, get any answers from the clinic via whatsapp is tiring... it is impossible to create a relationship of trust this way.

Cheguei na clinica pela primeira p SOMENTE vacinar meu gato, atendente acho que o nome dela era Andréia, pessima nao demonstrou simpatia e cordialidade em nenhum momento, fez a ficha e mandou aguardar… a clinica estava vazia, no entanto esperamos por 30 min. Gatos odeiam ficar naquelas caixas de tranporte, cansei de esperar avisei q ia embora ela simplesmente disse TA BOM! Meu Deus!!! Nao indico p ninguem, nao sei o que estava acontecendo estavam atendendo um Golden, meu Deus depois pedem p prestigiar o pequeno empreendedor?! NAO INDICO! Resumindo fui ao 24hs em frente a prefeitura e fomos super bem atendidas!
Terrible! I arrived at the clinic for the first time ONLY to vaccinate my cat, attendant I think her name was Andréia, very bad did not show sympathy and cordiality at any time, made the form and told to wait... the clinic was empty, however we waited for 30 min. Cats hate being in those transport boxes, I got tired of waiting I told her I was leaving she simply said TA BOM! My God!!! I don't recommend it to anyone, I don't know what was happening, they were attending a Golden, my God, then they ask to honor the small entrepreneur?! I DO NOT INDICATE! In short I went to the 24hs in front of the city hall and we were super well attended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente maravilhosa a experiência. Cheguei com o Bob la, com o baço rompido e em estado grave. O atendimento feito pela Dra Isabella Ambrosio foi essencial para a vida do pequeno. Levaram para a cirurgia de emergencia e ele ficou bom.
Dias depois ele ficou doente com uma infecçao gravíssima, tendo em vista o tumor do baço q rompera. Todos os dias eu ia na clinica pra leva-lo para aplicaçao dos remedios, ate o momento a ele teve q ficar internado. Todos os dias ia visitá-lo.. Ate o dia q a infecçao virou generalizada e ele foi morar com Deus. Ate o ultimo minuto elas tentatam salvar meu pequeno...ate no momento de nos dar a noticia do obito foram maravilhosas. Humanas.
Dra Isabella Ambrosii, Dra Isabella Lima, Dra.Pamela, Dra. Mari...Natalia...Gabi...Fe...enfim...todas maravilhosas. Em meio a tanta tristeza, tenho a felicidade de ser atendida por vcs. Vcs despertaram em mim novamente a vontade de cursar veterinatia (um sonho q estava adormecido)

Every day I went to the clinic to take him for the application of the medication, until the moment he had to be hospitalized. Every day I went to visit him.. Until the day the infection became widespread and he went to live with God. Until the last minute they tried to save my little one... until the moment of giving us the news of the death they were wonderful. human.
Dr Isabella Ambrosii, Dr Isabella Lima, Dr. Pamela, Dr. Mari...Natalia...Gabi...Fe...well...all wonderful. In the midst of so much sadness, I am happy to be attended by you. You have reawakened in me the desire to study veterinary medicine (a dream that was asleep)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo,entreguei meu gato lá ontem para castração,deixaram meu gato fugir,e a única resposta que eu tive,foi . Sinto muito,péssima clínica,pessoas incompetentes,e a dona da clínica não tá nem aí ! Vai tomar um processo pra ficar esperta!
A trash, I delivered my cat there yesterday for neutering, they let my cat run away, and the only response I had was. I'm sorry, bad clinic, incompetent people, and the owner of the clinic doesn't care! It's going to take a process to get smart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 3 pug e 1 gata levei um filhote de pug para tomar vacina e deu reação alérgica liguei não atenderam eu tive que levar outra clínica 24 horas e tive gastos adicionais e tomar remédio para desintoxicação não recomendo horrível
I have 3 pug and 1 cat I took a pug puppy to be vaccinated and there was an allergic reaction I called they didn't answer I had to take another clinic 24 hours and I had additional expenses and taking detox medication I don't recommend it horrible
