Levei meu cão para colher sangue, exame de pré-castração, tanto o doutor (se é que era veterinário) e a recepcionista que ajudou a segurar o cachorro , mal olharam na cara dele, super frios, sem carinho algum, o pet ficou assustado. Perguntei se poderia olhar o ouvido do cachorro, pois estava coçando muito e ele respondeu que para tal, seria cobrado 100,00 pela consulta. Me neguei a pagar, pois o atendimento para o exame foi péssimo. Quando liguei para saber o resultado do exame, ela me mandou pelo "zap" e disse q a veterinaria me ligaria para falar sobre o exame e agendar a castração. Tô esperando até hoje ! O levei em outra clínica para castração, a qual foi atendido com carinho e tudo correu bem.
Bad experience. I took my dog to draw blood, pre-castration exam, both the doctor (if he was a veterinarian) and the receptionist who helped hold the dog, they barely looked him in the face, super cold, without any affection, the pet was scared . I asked if I could look at the dog's ear, as it was itching a lot and he replied that he would be charged 100.00 for the consultation. I refused to pay, as the attendance for the exam was terrible. When I called to find out the test result, she sent me to "zap" and said the vet would call me to talk about the exam and schedule the castration. I'm waiting until today! I took him to another clinic for castration, which was treated with affection and everything went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico para ninguém..... péssima experiência.... indicaram essa clínica.... para atendimento de um gatinho filhote que foi resgatado.... estava magro só precisava de um remédio .... deixaram o gato lá dizendo que precisava ficar em observação.... nesse tempo dinheiro e mais dinheiro .... sendo que era só passar um remédio e em 5 dias ele ficaria bem.... se o gato foi resgatado eu não tinha dinheiro qual seria o procedimento fazer o certo ..... era só um exame e o remédio para tratar o mesmo .... liguei na clínica não tinha previsão de alta... meu Deus..... ficou um absurdo .... grana que tirei de onde não tinha ..... ou seja só querem dinheiro ..... açougueiros......
I don't recommend it to anyone..... bad experience.... they indicated this clinic.... to care for a kitten that was rescued.... he was thin he just needed a remedy.... they left the cat there saying that I needed to be kept under observation.... in that time, money and more money.... and it was just a medicine and in 5 days it would be fine.... if the cat was rescued I had no money what would be the procedure to do it right ..... it was just an exam and the medicine to treat it .... I called the clinic there was no expected discharge ... my God ..... it was absurd .... money that I took from where I didn't have it ..... that is, they just want money ..... butchers......

I want to thank and positively evaluate Dr. Denis and Dr. Rafaela. Excellent professionals, I could feel confidence and trust my children with my eyes closed to them. Simba is a difficult kitten and thanks to their care it was easy to medicate him and he got better. I have been trusting my 4 cats to them for over a year ❤️
