Sempre somos muito bem atendendidos, não tenho oq reclamar de nenhum funcionário, só agradecer pelo ótimo atendimento, principalmente ao doutor Ben Hur que trata nossos bichinhos com muito amor e dedicação.Estao de parabéns toda equipe. Recomendo de olhos fechados ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu primeiro cachorro foi tratado com vocês não tenho que reclamar desde então. Agora tive um problema com meu cachorro mais novo o Luke ele não é vacinado e pegou parvovirose, vocês salvaram a vida dele pelo senso de urgência e cuidado que tiveram, vocês realmente tem muito amor pelo que faz.
Agora na última semana trouxe minha cachorrinha mais velha a Rebeca, descobri na clínica que ela estava com tumor no baço e de pronto marcamos a cirurgia dela, o tumor pesou 1,5Kg, mais uma vez vocês salvaram a vida dela também.
Enfim esse post é só para agradecer o quanto vocês são maravilhosos e verdadeiros anjos❤️
My first dog was treated with you, I don’t have to complain since. Now I had a problem with my youngest dog Luke he is not vaccinated and he got parvovirus, you saved his life by the sense of urgency and care you had, you really have a lot of love for what you do.
Now in the last week I brought my older dog to Rebeca, I found out at the clinic that she had a tumor in her spleen and we immediately scheduled her surgery, the tumor weighed 1.5 kg, once again you saved her life too.
Anyway this post is just to thank you how wonderful you are and true angels❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus cachorros sempre foram muito atendidos nesta clínica pela Dra. Lídia e Dr. Ben Hur, porém hoje tive uma infeliz surpresa ao ser atendida pela Vivian. Fui levar o cãozinho pra vacinar contra gripe e disse a ela que achava que ele estava gripadinho. Ela olhou a mucosa e disse que estava muito clara e que ele estava com dor abdominal.... achei estranho. Ela não vacinou, pois disse ser perigoso, pediu exame de sangue e ultrassom, cobrou a consulta e me mandou embora. Pareceu que estava empurrando exames sem necessidade. Como achei muito Estranho, fui imediatamente a outro veterinário, que disse que a mucosa estava na cor correta, não havia dores e que não tinha gripe. Vacinou e deu tudo certo. Existem profissonais e profissionais...essa Vivian sequer soube identificar uma gripe. Lamentável. Envergonha a classe, essa moça.

Você leva para ter uma solução para seu bichinho e o que eles fazem é assustar você dizendo que o caso é grave. Tanto esse médico sem coração quanto seus ajudantes não gostam de verdade dos animais. Eles gostam é do dinheiro que entra. Falo por experiência própria! Preços altos demais, comparei com outros lugares e a diferença é absurda. Materialista e sem coração é o que esse cidadão é. Nunca, jamais levo qualquer animal nessa clínica. Gostaria que todos pudessem ler essa mensagem e fizessem o mesmo, afinal queremos deixar nosso bichinho em mãos amorosas e não egoístas. Nota 0 pra essa clinica
Horrible. This citizen they call dr. Just think about your money and not your pet. It takes you to have a solution for your pet and what they do is scare you by saying that the case is serious. Both this heartless doctor and his helpers don't really like animals. What they like is the money that comes in. I speak from experience! Prices too high, compared to other places and the difference is absurd. Materialistic and heartless is what this citizen is. I never, ever take any animal to this clinic. I wish everyone could read this message and do the same, after all we want to leave our pet in loving hands and not selfish. Grade 0 for this clinic

Deste já só tenho a agradecer.
Na hora do desespero conheci essa clinica.
Foram 4 dias de angústia. Pois achei minha gatinha no lixão atrás de casa já debilitada.
Tentamos salva a vida dela. Mas o Dr Ben Hur é uma EXCELENTE PROFISSIONAL. Muito antecioso. Paciente. Justo e sincero.
As Meninas tb são ótima. A moça da limpeza uma fofa. O rapazinho muito educar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei na consulta com a Dr Emmanuela Aguiar Lima meu gato que não estava comendo, só pelo cheiro da ração sentia enjoo,. Antes de passar na clínica já tinha feito uma pesquisa de valores ao redor tanto de consulta e valores de exames. Tinha ate uma mais em conta mais somando com valor da gasolina para leva gato na consulta, exame e retorno, compensaria passar aqui mesmo. O levei e deram soro com medicamento foi 100 reias, a consulta mais 60,00, ultrassom 150,00 e exame de sangue com hemograma 190,00 sei que valor não é barato se somarmos tudo. Mais são valores que donos como nós de gatos sabemos que vamos gastar. Graças a deus só deu problema de figado que só com a medicação que deu a receita ajudaria. No mesmo dia que ele tomou o soro ele ja´estava comendo a ração normalmente, e não teve enjoo, fizemos os exames. Adorei o atendimento deles. recomendo. A dr super atenciosa. Parabéns.
E tem outro profissional que quero parabenizar nessa clinica o DR Benhur sem igual o atendimento dele. Atencioso, caridoso, profissional, didático.
Eu e uma pessoa que nem nos conhecíamos, mas devido a uma situação nos comoveu e nos uniu, depois de ver um cachorro que não sabemos se era de rua ou se foi abandonado. So percebíamos pelos seus pelos e magreza seu sofrimento. Nos unimos e mais uma pessoa levamos a essa clínica, para termos noção de gastos e possíveis problemas. Ele atendeu super atencioso o cachorro , e olhou as amostrar de pêlos e viu que ele tinha sarna negra. Aplicou um remédio e medicamentos sem nos cobrar nada. Os medicamentos que precisamos comprar eu e a outra pessoa que me ajudou dividimos os gastos e ela o levou pra a sua casa para os primeiro cuidados. E depois ela encontrou uma outra pessoa para continuar com tratamento dele. Graças a essas pessoas e o DR ajudamos a salvar uma vida, na qual ninguém dava nada. Percebíamos a tristeza e o sofrimento no olhar. Mais depois disso, o cachorro que se chama Hércules esta bem melhor, gordinho e seus pêlos começaram a crescer. Nem parece o mesmo; Só sei que se eu precisar passar meus animais passarei com esses profissionais pela sua sinceridade e honestidade. Mesmo quando passei meu gato que eu paguei todo os exames e consulta, ninguém me ofereceu ou quis me forçar comprar remédios ali com eles. Ao contrario de outros lugares que geralmente passamos que as clinicas veterinarias, nos passam remédios desnecessários , e as vezes até com data de vencimento próximo.
Parabéns a essa clinica, e continue assim por favor. Precisamos dessa persistência de honestidade e sinceridade para que naturalmente vocês ganhem mais clientes pelo boca a boca. nunca perca essa qualidade.

Me and a person who didn't even know each other, but due to a situation, it moved us and brought us together, after seeing a dog that we don't know if it was homeless or abandoned. We only perceived by their hair and thinness their suffering. We got together and another person took us to this clinic, to get a sense of expenses and possible problems. He attended the dog very attentively, and looked at the hair samples and saw that he had black scabies. He applied medicine and medicines without charging us anything. The drugs we need to buy me and the other person who helped me shared the expenses and she took him to her home for the first care. And then she found someone else to continue with his treatment. Thanks to these people and the DR we helped to save a life, in which nobody gave anything. We noticed the sadness and suffering in the eyes. More after that, the dog called Hercules is much better, chubby and its hair started to grow. It doesn't even look the same; I only know that if I need to pass my animals, I will pass these professionals by their sincerity and honesty. Even when I passed my cat that I paid for all the exams and consultation, nobody offered me or wanted to force me to buy medicine there with them. Unlike other places that we usually go to veterinary clinics, they give us unnecessary remedies, and sometimes even with an expiration date.
