★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma ótima clinica, uma das mais completas da cidade, porem o custo é muitíssimo alto, poderia ser mais acessível para que as pessoas possam investir mais na saúde de seu animal.
Sempre preciso, mas só viu na clinica em casos extremamente urgente. Pois não tenho recursos financeiros para suprir a consulta, exames e receitas medicas.
Só acho que deveria ser mais pela vida do animal e não visando só recursos financeiros a si próprio.
 It is a great clinic, one of the most complete in the city, but the cost is very high, it could be more accessible so that people can invest more in their animal's health.
I always need it, but I only saw it in the clinic in extremely urgent cases. Because I don't have the financial resources to supply the consultation, exams and prescriptions.
I just think it should be more for the animal's life and not just looking for financial resources to itself.

Não param de estudar nunca, sempre buscando mais especialidades para cura de nossos pets.. Essas especializaçoes custam caro.. As pessoas precisam entender que eles fazem muito mais do que qualquer outro veterinários de Ubatuba pelos pet de Rua... Foram pioneiros nas guias de castraçoes onde pessoas com recursos baixos tem acesso.. Daria nota 1000 mas não tem essa avaliaçao
For me they are the best professionals in the city. I surrender the lives of my animals in the most of them without fear. They never stop studying, always seeking more specialties for healing our pets .. These specialties are expensive .. People need to understand that they do much more than any other vets of Ubatuba by the pet of Rua ... They were pioneers in the guides of castraces where people with low resources have access .. It would give 1000 note but does not have this evaluation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo. Tudo demora. Se você não ficar perguntando pelo WhatsApp ninguém dá um status. Pedem para você pagar separado o valor de cada serviço, um absurdo. Me deixaram numa situação muito constrangedora com minha mãe e irmão ao não passarem valores de uma internação.
The service is terrible. Everything takes. If you don't keep asking on WhatsApp, no one gives you a status. They ask you to pay the value of each service separately, which is absurd. They left me in a very embarrassing situation with my mother and brother by not passing on the values of a hospitalization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica muito boa, atendentes muito atenciosos, porém a história do plantão 24h é um rolo só. Uma pessoa atende apenas em um dos números, de celular, e diz que não podemos ir pra clínica, que temos que falar com plantonista antes, e passa o contato da plantonista. Ligamos pra plantonista informada e ninguém atende!
Depois dizem que não era a tal pessoa do contato que estava de plantão! Maior confusão! Só consegui falar com a plantonista certa, depois de muitas tentativas. Duas horas depois!
Precisam urgentemente organizar o plantão e colocar as informações sobre como proceder pra plantão no site e outros meios!!!
Very good clinic, very attentive attendants, but the story of the 24-hour on-call is just a roll. A person only answers on one of the numbers, on a cell phone, and says that we can't go to the clinic, that we have to talk to the on-duty doctor first, and he gives the on-duty doctor's contact. We called the informed plantonist and no one answers!
Then they say it wasn't the contact person who was on duty! Bigger mess! I was only able to talk to the right on-call nurse, after many attempts. Two hours later!
They urgently need to organize the shift and put the information on how to proceed for the shift on the website and other means!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei um sufoco , diagnóstico errado, paguei absurdo fora o constrangimento na hora de pagar passa em várias máquina ,quais perdi minha gata internação péssima gato junto com cachorro , isso já bem estressante pra um gato ? deveria ser separado ,já pensou internar crianças junto com adulto!,o diagnóstico deles foram infecção no olho que não estava enxergando, mandou pra casa a situação piorou , fui em outra clínica minha gata estava com dor no ouvido , imagino o que ela não passou lá com os cachorros latindo e ela com dor ,foi de cortar o coração, não aceito e nem concordo colocar gato junto com cachorro ,nunca mais deixo um bicho internado,fora que liga não atende , não responde as mensagens, depois ficam mandando resultado de exame por whatsapp, sendo particular ainda colocam horário de visita,.Seria bom se reparasse o erro ,tentei até falar com os donos da clínica mais não consegui, mandei mensagem sem resposta, infelizmente estou muito triste com a ubavet.

It would be good if you fixed the error, I even tried to talk to the owners of the clinic but I couldn't, I sent a message without response, unfortunately I'm very sad with ubavet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo! As secretárias não sabem de nada, todas atrapalhadas, sem preparo algum. Meu cachorro (um filhote de 6 meses) foi fazer castração, estava em jejum e não atenderam ele no horário marcado, ele estava marcado para ás 10 horas. Uma das secretárias que me atendeu quando eu questionei sobre o horário, informou que a Dra. Gabriela não tinha chegado ainda e teria outro cachorro na frente do meu. Na clinica tinha vários cachorros ... A Dra. Gabriela chegou, atendeu todos os cachorros na frente do meu, ninguém me deu explicação. Achei uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo! Meu cachorro em jejum e ainda teve que esperar 2 horas e meia ... Nós chegamos no horário marcado. Na clinica tem canil, assim que nós chegamos a secretária queria levar o meu cachorro pra lá, mas eu resolvi ficar com ele na sala de espera, achando que não ia demorar muito. Como eu tinha compromisso, resolvi deixar ele um pouco no canil enquanto eu voltava, mas quando a secretária colocou ele (há, ela tem medo de cachorro), não fechou a porta do canil direito (ou a porta estava quebrada e não fechava), eu perguntei se a porta estava realmente fechada e ela disse que sim, mas não confiei ... E é claro que o cachorro abriu a porta e saiu! Se eu não estivesse lá? A secretária que tem medo de um filhote de 6 meses que só quer brincar iria pegar ele ? Tenho certeza que não. Eu não voltei para o meu cachorro para tirar os pontos, fui em uma clínica que realmente gosta de animais, porque na ubavet, eles gostam apenas de dinheiro. Só uma dica para os proprietários e profissionais (façam o que vocês amam e não vão precisar trabalhar) ... Vocês estão trabalhando com o público errado.
The service is terrible! The secretaries don't know anything, they're all flustered, without any preparation. My dog (a 6 month old puppy) was neutered, he was fasting and they didn't see him at the scheduled time, he was scheduled for 10 am. One of the secretaries who answered me when I asked about the schedule informed that Dr. Gabriela hadn't arrived yet and there would be another dog in front of mine. At the clinic there were several dogs... Dr. Gabriela arrived, attended to all the dogs in front of mine, no one gave me an explanation. I found a lack of respect and professionalism! My dog fasted and still had to wait 2 and a half hours... We arrived at the appointed time. There is a kennel at the clinic, as soon as we arrived the secretary wanted to take my dog there, but I decided to keep him in the waiting room, thinking it wouldn't take long. As I had an appointment, I decided to leave him in the kennel for a while while I came back, but when the secretary put him in (yeah, she's afraid of dogs), she didn't close the kennel door properly (or the door was broken and wouldn't close), I asked if the door was really closed and she said yes but I didn't trust her... And of course the dog opened the door and left! If I wasn't there? Would the secretary who is afraid of a 6 month old puppy who just wants to play take him? I'm sure not. I didn't go back to my dog to get the stitches out, I went to a clinic that really likes animals, because at ubavet, they only like money. Just a tip for owners and professionals (do what you love and you won't have to work)... You are working with the wrong audience.
