Bem organizado, bem higienizado, pontual, didático e muito atencioso. Profissionais que estão preocupados com o bem estar do animal e não apenas na máquina de cartão.
 It is the first veterinary clinic that made me 100% comfortable and confident in the quality of the professionals. There were three hours of consultation, exams, explanations, tips and diagnoses. If any place in this town has a chance to cure my cat, it's here.
Well organized, well sanitized, punctual, didactic and very attentive. Professionals who are concerned with the animal's welfare and not just the card machine.

O Dr. Rômulo e sua equipe são extremamente profissionais e atenciosos e a clínica é muito bem estruturada. Seu animal de estimação estará em boas mãos, com toda certeza.
Probably the best veterinary clinic in town, including the only one specialized in exotic animals, as far as I know. Dr. Rômulo and his team are extremely professional and attentive and the clinic is very well structured. Your pet will be in safe hands for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graças a um descaso absurdo, perdi minha porquinha da índia após consulta feita com o Dr. Rômulo. Todos os exames solicitados foram feitos para um diagnóstico errado no final das contas. Na necessidade de retorno por ela ter piorado o mesmo não se encontrava para atendimento e assim ela acabou morrendo. Atendimento sem qualquer empatia! Não indico para ninguém!
Thanks to an absurd neglect, I lost my guinea pig after consultation with Dr. Romulus. All the tests ordered were done for a wrong diagnosis after all. In need of return because she got worse, she was not available for care and so she ended up dying. Service without any empathy! I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não senti que nosso pet recebeu a devida atenção, que culminou em seu óbito. Fez questão de fazer várias radiografias, mas as ignorou completamente. Com isso, os problemas que eram originários dos dentes, se agravaram causando outros os problemas que levaram a morte da nossa porquinha da índia.
Não recomendo. É muito triste ver um ser que você ama, morrendo em sofrimento na sua frente. Muito revoltante.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel that our pet received due attention, which culminated in its death. He insisted on taking several x-rays, but he completely ignored them. With that, the problems that originated from the teeth, got worse causing other problems that led to the death of our guinea pig.
I do not recommend. It's very sad to see a being you love, dying in suffering in front of you. Very revolting.
