★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorra para fazer Raio X, a clínica é espaçosa e segura para levar os pets. O atendimento foi muito bom e o exame foi feito por excelentes profissionais que a todo momento explicavam as etapas e estavam atentos ao bem estar do animal. Achei interessante também os descontos para quem apadrinha/adota cachorros de uma ONG parceira deles, não me recordo o nome agora. Os valores do Raio X forem os mais em conta pela região, existem outros excelentes laboratórios e clínicas que costumo ir, mas a experiência com a VetMétodo também foi muito boa e merece uma boa avaliação!
 I took my dog for an X-ray, the clinic is spacious and safe to take pets. The service was very good and the examination was done by excellent professionals who at all times explained the steps and were attentive to the animal's well-being. I also found the discounts interesting for those who sponsor / adopt dogs from an NGO partner of theirs, I don't remember the name now. The X-ray values are the most taken into account by the region, there are other excellent laboratories and clinics that I usually go to, but the experience with VetMétodo was also very good and deserves a good evaluation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendado para consulta de minha gatinha. Cheguei sentes do horário e pediram para aguardar num sala de atendimento que seria chamada. Seis 20 minutos de atraso, busquei o motivo e, segundo a Vetetinaria Dra. Bianca não gora avisada da nossa chegada?!,!?!
A Dra. BIANCA nos atendeu com o seu pé esquerdo muito inchado e sobre um branquinho... Ao ser questionada sobre, disse ter estar ferida por um cão que estava para doação.
Para examinar minha Bia, levantou com muleta.
Minha gata é uma gata resgatada que sofria maus-tratos, portanto, muito agressiva. Informei e cobri a Bia com uma toalha que levei.
Chamou uma auxiliar para ajudar.
A Dra. BIANCA, demonstrou claramente seus sustos para apalpar o inchaço da Bia.
Literalmente, não conseguia aproximar a agulha do inchaço; saltando o corpo para trás.
Chamou-me a atenção o tamanho da unhas da Dra. BIANCA, muito compridas e pintadas à "francesinha".
Nunca veterinários com unhas tão grande. Ela pegava a agulha para pulsão com a ponta dos dedos.
Ela diz que terá que anestesiar para fazer a pulsão.
Não aceito e digo que ela está com medo de se aproximar da gata.
Peço para ser atendida por outro profissional. Ela concorda e sai da sala.
Como não voltava vou com a Bia até a recepção e pergunto com quem eu devo falar, pois a BIANCA ou qualquer funcionário voltou para me orientar.
Me indicam FERNANDA, em imã sala de porta se vidro na própria recepção.
Já havia uma funcionária também aguardando a porta abrir.
Como não abria.... bati e lá estava a Dra. BIANCA, sentada com a senhora FERNANDA e mais um homem.
Perguntei se ela era a Fernanda, afirmou que sim e que eu deveria águardar, pois estavam em reunião.
Disse que eu não poderia esperar, pois já haviam me
esquecido numa sala e que Dra. BIANCA não tinha condições de atender pois estava com medo.
Penso agora: ESSA FUNCIONÁRIA DEVERIA ESTAR EM REPOUSO EM CASA. AFASTADA.
SEU PÉ ESTAVA MUITO INCHADO.
Fui para outra clínica VETNASA e pulsionram duas seringas de pus, antibiótico, analgésico e agora vou aguardar o resultado do laboratório dessa pulsão e manter a medicação até a alta.
Scheduled for my kitty's appointment. I arrived at the time and they asked to wait in an attendance room that would be called. Six 20 minutes late, I looked for the reason and, according to Vetetinaria Dra. Bianca, was she not notified of our arrival?!,!?!
Dr. BIANCA attended to us with her left foot very swollen and on a white... When asked about it, she said she had been injured by a dog that was for donation.
To examine my Bia, he got up with a crutch.
My cat is a rescued cat who was mistreated, therefore very aggressive. I informed and covered Bia with a towel I took with me.
Called an assistant to help.
Dr. BIANCA clearly showed her fears to palpate Bia's swelling.
Literally, I couldn't get the needle close to the swelling; jumping the body backwards.
I was struck by the size of Dr. BIANCA's nails, very long and painted "francesinha".
Never have vets with nails this big. She took the pulse needle with her fingertips.
She says she will have to anesthetize to make the pulse.
I do not accept and say that she is afraid to approach the cat.
I ask to be seen by another professional. She agrees and leaves the room.
As I wasn't coming back, I went with Bia to the reception and asked who I should talk to, because BIANCA or any employee came back to guide me.
They tell me FERNANDA, in an imam room with a glass door at the reception itself.
There was already an employee also waiting for the door to open.
As it wouldn't open... I knocked and there was Dr. BIANCA, sitting with Mrs. FERNANDA and another man.
I asked if she was Fernanda, she said yes and that I should wait, as they were in a meeting.
Said I couldn't wait, as they had already
forgotten in a room and that Dr. BIANCA was unable to attend because she was afraid.
I think now: THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE RESTING AT HOME. AWAY
HIS FOOT WAS VERY SWELLED.
I went to another VETNASA clinic and they pumped out two syringes of pus, antibiotic, analgesic and now I'm going to wait for the laboratory result of that pulse and keep the medication until discharge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorrinha para fazer castração e uma mastectomia e quando fui buscá-la, disseram que ela sangrou muito durante a cirurgia mas que estava bem para ir pra casa. Quando a coloquei no uber, ela estava pingando algumas gotas de sangue, logo um enfermeiro/funcionário me disse que foi por conta da pressão que colocamos para colocá-la no carro. Fomos pra casa, ela passou a noite muiiito quietinha e triste, até liguei para saber se era normal, um atendente disse que era normal. Na manhã seguinte ela havia vomitado à noite toda e estava ainda mais fraca, pediram então que eu a levasse de volta. Resultado: ela passou a noite inteira perdendo sangue (que eu não vi pois estava enfaixada), quando fomos atendidas haviam umas 6 pessoas na sala (durante a pandemia) tentando estancar a ferida da minha cachorra. Até eu fiquei na sala para acalmar ela no meio daquela cena, tinha sangue pra todos os lados. Uma sala lotada onde ninguém sabia bem o que fazer. Fomos encaminhadas à outro veterinário, minha cachorra já fraca, teve que passar por outra cirurgia para procurarem o sangramento. Ficou internada por 3 ou 4 dias, gastei 5 vezes mais do que o valor normal e achei que a minha cachorra ia morrer, porque me falaram de inclusive que isso poderia acontecer. A vetmetodo não se responsabilizou por praticamente nada, pois minha cachorrinha aparentemente tem um problema de coagulação que eles não sabiam da existência. Apenas acho um absurdo percebendo isso durante a cirurgia, mandarem o animal pra casa para sofrer daquele jeito. Ela deveria ter sido encaminhada para outra cirurgia imediatamente ou ter ficado sob observação e tudo teria sido bemm diferente. Hospital veterinário muito irresponsável.
I took my dog for neutering and a mastectomy and when I went to pick her up, they said she bled a lot during the surgery but she was fine to go home. When I put her in the uber, she was dripping a few drops of blood, so a nurse/employee told me it was because of the pressure we put on her to get her in the car. We went home, she spent the night very quiet and sad, I even called to see if it was normal, an attendant said it was normal. The next morning she had been vomiting all night and was even weaker, so they asked me to take her back. Result: she spent the whole night losing blood (which I didn't see because she was bandaged), when we were attended there were about 6 people in the room (during the pandemic) trying to stop my dog's wound. Even I stayed in the room to calm her down in the middle of that scene, there was blood everywhere. A crowded room where no one quite knew what to do. We were referred to another vet, my dog, already weak, had to undergo another surgery to look for the bleeding. She was hospitalized for 3 or 4 days, I spent 5 times more than the normal amount and I thought my dog was going to die, because I was even told that this could happen. Vetmetodo was not responsible for practically anything, as my little dog apparently has a clotting problem that they didn't know existed. I just think it's absurd to realize this during the surgery, to send the animal home to suffer like that. She should have been referred for another surgery immediately or kept under observation and everything would have been very different. Very irresponsible veterinary hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, primeira vez que eu venho e NUNCA MAIS VOLTO, a proprietária super mal educada, FUI MAL ATENDIDO, os gatos que eles tem pra adoção ficam em um espaço super pequeno menos de 3m² para 6 gatos...
CUIDADO, eles ficam querendo socar exame nos clientes sem nenhuma necessidade...
Obs. Dentro da clínica só pode entrar uma pessoa, minha cachorra está gravida e eu nao pude acompanhar ultrassonografia. RIDÍCULO.
PÉSSIMA GESTÃO DOS CLIENTES
Terrible experience, first time I come and NEVER COME BACK, the owner was super rude, I WAS UNATTENDED, the cats they have for adoption are in a super small space less than 3m² for 6 cats...
BEWARE, they keep wanting to punch exams on customers without any need...
Note Only one person can enter the clinic, my dog is pregnant and I could not follow the ultrasound. RIDICULOUS.
