★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DESCOMPROMISSO E FALTA DE EMPATIA PELO MEU ANIMAL.
Vou compartilhar o ocorrido: saí de uma clínica no qual o veterinário ligou perguntando se eles faziam ultrassom de emergência, pois o meu cachorro estava com dificuldades para urinar, o que poderia ser cálculo. Cheguei e fui IMEDIATAMENTE PROCUREI A RECEPCIONISTA, expliquei o caso, falei que precisaria de um ultrassom, raio x e se identificado a necessidade uma cirurgia para retirada. A atendente disse que eles possuem todo o aparato para me atender. A atendente foi lá dentro conversar com o VETERINÁRIO VINICIUS, e retorno solicitando que eu aguardasse. DEPOIS DE 1H10 DE ESPERA, com saída e entrada de 3 pessoas já, o veterinário voltou dizendo que NÃO TINHA COMO atender o meu cachorro, que ESTAVA AGONIZANDO DE DOR POR CAUSA DO ENTUPIMENTO DA URETA. O VETERINARIO FOI TOTALMENTE SEM COMPAIXÃO E ME DISPENSOU, PORQUE HAVIAM CHEGADO MAIS 4 PESSOAS, ALEGANDO QUE NÃO TEVE TEMPO PARA IR ATÉ LÁ FORA COMIGO, E QUE ELE NÃO POSSUI OS APARATOS PARA ME ATENDER.
COMO NÃO ERA UM PROCEDIMENTO SIMPLES , FÁCIL E RÁPIDO, ELE ME DISPENSOU, FOI ISSO QUE ACONTECEU!!!
ELES NÃO POSSUEM ULTRASSOM, E RAIO X DE URGÊNCIA, MENTIRAM SOBRE ISSO.

 COMPROMISE AND LACK OF EMPATHY BY MY ANIMAL.
I will share what happened: I left a clinic where the veterinarian called asking if they had an emergency ultrasound, because my dog was having trouble urinating, which could be calculus. I arrived and went IMMEDIATELY TO SEEK THE RECEPTIONIST, explained the case, said that I would need an ultrasound, x-ray and if I identified the need for surgery to remove it. The attendant said that they have all the apparatus to attend to me. The attendant went inside to talk to VETERINARY VINICIUS, and returned asking me to wait. AFTER 1H10 OF WAITING, with 3 people leaving and entering already, the vet returned saying that I had NO way to attend to my dog, who was in agony due to pain due to urea blockage. THE VETERINARY WAS TOTALLY WITHOUT COMPASSION AND DISPENSED ME, BECAUSE 4 MORE PEOPLE ARRIVED, CLAIMING THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GO THERE WITH ME, AND THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE THE APPARATUS TO MEET ME.
AS IT WASN'T A SIMPLE, EASY AND FAST PROCEDURE, HE DISPENSED ME, THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED !!!
THEY DO NOT HAVE ULTRASOUND, AND X-RAY OF URGENCY, LIE ABOUT IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu agendei com a secretária uma avaliaçao do meu cão via encaminhamento de outro veterinário..primeiro erro..a avaliaçao nao foi feita pelo veterinário desta clinica..se é que foi feita alguma avaliaçao .. meu cão entrou no consultório e alguem tirou uma foto do tumor dele e enviou pro cirurgiao desta clinica. Me falaram que ele nao estava na clinica pra me receber...depois via foto ele mandou o orçamento da cirurgia sem examinar o meu cão e sem fazer anammnese...um comércio declarado...e tbe no corredor da clinica os cachorros internos choravam e uivavam de forma devastadora sem que ninguem fizésse nada pra que eles ficassem calmos..tive a pior das impressoes e não quis voltar lá
I scheduled with the secretary an evaluation of my dog via referral from another vet..first mistake..the evaluation was not done by the veterinarian of this clinic..if any evaluation was done ..my dog came into the office and someone took one. photo of his tumor and sent it to the surgeon of this clinic. I was told that he was not at the clinic to receive me... then via photo he sent the surgery budget without examining my dog and without doing an anammnesis... a declared trade... and also in the clinic corridor the internal dogs they cried and howled in a devastating way without anyone doing anything to make them calm..I had the worst of the impressions and I didn't want to go back there
