O atendimento é bom, porém acredito que poderia ser melhor.
Pgto só em dinheiro, isso tbém poderia ser mais facilitado...
O que realmente não acho legal é que ao deixar o bichinho, temos que ter o dia livre p/ ir buscar quando falarem que está pronto, isso pode ser das 9h as 17h...
Não acho isso legal, pois acreito que daria p/ dar uma melhor estimativa de tempo.

What I don't really think is that when leaving the pet, we have to have the day off to go and get it when they say it's ready, this can be from 9am to 5pm ...

Inicialmente um exame de fiv e felv que graças a Deus deu negativo, e coleta de material para exames renais, hemograma e castração. Houve uma limpeza no ouvidinho. Em fim, mais que recomendo e darei continuidade no tratamento do meu pequeno. Obrigada Dra Cinthia e principalmente ao Dr Guilherme que foi tão gentil e carinhoso com meu pequeno.
My newly rescued little kitten went to the clinic the first time today. Excellent service and with super attention and care with my Doran. Initially a fiv and felv exam that thank God was negative, and collection of material for kidney exams, blood count and castration. There was a cleaning in the ear. In the end, more than I recommend and I will continue to treat my little one. Thank you Dr. Cinthia and especially Dr Guilherme who was so kind and loving to my little one.

Terrible doctor gave my dog a wrong diagnosis by taking my dog to a real professional, the dog doesn't have half of what she said I don't recommend this clinic to anyone and be careful there if you take your pets luckily there are poor quality professionals who only see what will win

I take my 3 kittens to Vets, Dr. Cinthia wonderful, very attentive, affectionate note 1000000 EXCELLENT! You can feel that she LOVES WHAT she does, she took very good care of my little Leãozinho when he was hurting, she took very good care of my elderly kitten and she neutered my Juanito.
