★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falei com a atendente ANA sobre uma chapa e a mesma informou um valor, quando fui comprar a mesma não assumiu o valor e disse que jamais faria aquele valor, enfim insinuou que sou mentirosa e foi super grossa, além de tudo. Deve ser atendimento padrão, não indico cliente algum para esta loja.
I spoke with the attendant ANA about a plate and it informed a value, when I went to buy it it did not assume the value and said that I would never make that value, in short it implied that I am a liar and was super thick, after all. It must be standard service, I do not indicate any customer for this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei diversas chapas de aço que vieram com um péssimo acabamento, mesmo mostrando com uma amostra que o tipo de material que necessitava deveria ter bom acabamento. Pedi para arrumarem e fui atendido. Porém fui refazer o pedido e fui informado que não conseguiriam mais fazer. Senti que não "queriam mais buchas" ou clientes exigentes. Procurei em outro lugar e achei um produto de melhor qualidade. Ou seja, tive sorte em negarem a venda.
I bought several steel sheets that came with a bad finish, even showing with a sample that the type of material I needed should have a good finish. I asked to be tidied up and was attended to. But I went to redo the request and I was informed that they could not do it anymore. I felt that they didn't "want more loofahs" or demanding customers. I looked elsewhere and found a better quality product. That is, I was lucky to deny the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você for, PRESTADOR DE SERVIÇOS DE SOLDA, não indiquem para seu cliente a VGF para corte ou dobra de peças que venham a ser soldadas porque eles irão fechar o pacote de corte,dobra e soldagem e você ficará sem o teu cliente. Procure uma empresa que só execute corte e dobra, não merece indicação, proteja-se.
If you are a WELDING SERVICE PROVIDER, do not tell your customer the VGF for cutting or bending parts that will be welded because they will close the cutting, bending and welding package and you will be without your customer. Look for a company that only performs cutting and bending, it does not deserve an indication, protect yourself.
