Sempre que entro em contato eles só fala que vão resolver mas nada de resolver.pos venda e péssimo.
I bought an executive chair with a 6-year warranty, the chair broke, I contacted the store to be able to solve the problem. I had to buy another chair to be able to work. Whenever I get in touch they just say that they are going to solve it but nothing to solve it.pos sale and lousy.

Tive um defeito na primeira cadeira que levei(cavaletti C3), substituiram prontamente. Depois tive um problema no assento que demorou pra ser resolvido, porém acredito que o problema foi com o técnico e com a fabricante. E agora tive um novo problema na mesma cadeira. Substituiram prontamente por um modelo superior, mas tive que pagar a diferença. Recomendo a loja, mas acredito que tive bastante azar na escolha do modelo.
My story was long with them, so I adjusted my rating up and summarizing:
I had a defect in the first chair I took (cavaletti C3), they replaced it promptly. Then I had a problem with the seat that took a while to be resolved, but I believe the problem was with the technician and the manufacturer. And now I have a new problem in the same chair. They promptly replaced it with a superior model, but I had to pay the difference. I recommend the store, but I believe I was quite unlucky in choosing the model.
