★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui entregar um pedido da Rappi a um dos hóspedes. Chegando a portaria e dizendo o motivo de minha presença fui pessimamente atendido pela equipe da portaria. Fiquei do lado de fora esperando a boa vontade dos mesmos por mais de 15 minutos, depois disso acabei ligando para a cliente e ela me informou que havia liberado o recebimento ha bastante tempo e não entendia a razão desse comportamento. Após esse contato a equipe recebeu o pedido, porém ainda me distrataram ao me fazer de bobo dizendo para puxar uma porta que ainda estava trancada.
Fica aqui minha insatisfação com a equipe da portaria que por motivos ainda desconhecidos distratam os motoboys do Delivery
 I went to deliver a Rappi order to one of the guests. Arriving at the concierge and saying the reason for my presence, I was poorly attended by the concierge team. I was outside waiting for their good will for more than 15 minutes, after that I ended up calling the client and she informed me that she had cleared the receipt for a long time and did not understand the reason for this behavior. After this contact the team received the request, but they still distracted me by making a fool of me by telling me to pull a door that was still locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantástico! O pessoal que trabalha no prédio é sensacional! Educados, carismáticos e as áreas sociais do prédio são iguais ou melhores que muitos hotéis 5 estrelas que fiquei! A opção de uso 24 hrs das áreas de lazer é um grande diferencial! Apenas as vagas de garagem achei apertadas; os apartamentos pequenos são divididos por um vidro na sacada, da para escutar os vizinhos falando muito fácil e sem privacidade, porque vc apenas precisa olhar pela sacada o apartamento ao lado, e consegue! Excelente vista no prédio, mas sem privacidade no apartamento. Decoração de alto padrão em corredores, áreas comuns.
Fantastic! The people who work in the building are amazing! Polite, charismatic and the social areas of the building are the same or better than many 5 star hotels I stayed at! The option to use the leisure areas 24 hrs is a great differentiator! Only the parking spaces I found to be tight; the small apartments are divided by a glass on the balcony, so you can hear the neighbors talking very easily and without privacy, because you just need to look over the balcony at the apartment next door, and you can do it! Excellent view in the building, but without privacy in the apartment. Upscale decor in hallways, common areas.
