★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cabo original e estragou com 2 meses. Com muito custo a moça trocou e o outro parou de funcionar com 15 dias. Como moro em BH e não vou sempre a TV, deixei pra lá e fiquei no prejuízo.
I bought an original cable and it broke with 2 months. With great cost the girl changed and the other stopped working after 15 days. As I live in BH and I don't always go to TV, I let it go and I was at a loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço com qualidade ruim, troquei a tela do celular e ficou um vão entre a tela e o aparelho( e o funcionário ainda falou que isso é normal ?) e desde o momento que liguei o aparelho começou a dar defeito, forcei em digitar na tela e a mesma rachou..eles se negam a trocar e o caso está com o procon de GV.
Service with poor quality, I changed the screen of the cell phone and there was a gap between the screen and the device (and the employee still said that this is normal ?) and from the moment I turned on the device started to fail, I forced to type on the screen and the same cracked..they refuse to change and the case is with the GV procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu pedi pra fazer orçamento, aparelho ficou mais de duas semanas sem retorno, quando passei pra saber o que tinha dado, a recepcionista foi bem mal educada, pois arrumaram o aparelho sem minha autorização e questionei.
