O condomínio é bem localizado, tem fácil acesso para a região dos lagos e pontos de ônibus municipais e intermunicipais.
O espaço é fechado, não possuindo quadras esportivas, mas compensa com uma piscina. As casas são muito bonitas e luxuosas, é a high society de SG.
