★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar um carro para revisão e tomei um cuidado que saberia que iria passar despercebido,como trabalho com troco sempre deixo umas moedas no porta copos e algum pacote de bala ,antes de chegar ao estabelecimento contei meu troco e havia exatos 8,50 em moedas,fui atendido e pediram para aguardar em uma salinha,quanto o carro ficou pronto advinha a surpresa,faltavam metade das moedas e tiveram a coragem de abrir meu pacote de balas ,fica a dica.
 I took a car for inspection and I took care that I would know it would go unnoticed, as I work with change I always leave a few coins in the cup holder and a package of candy, before arriving at the establishment I counted my change and there was exact 8.50 in coins ,I was attended and asked to wait in a small room, when the car was ready, the surprise came,half the coins were missing and they had the courage to open my package of candies, here is the tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendentes mal humorados, fui tratado como se eu tivesse pedindo favor, fui realizar a troca de 2 pneus autorizado pela #localiza ,era com horária agendado, chegando lá mandaram eu esperar pois tinham que tirar fotos para aprovação do orçamento, esperei uma hora e meia e não tiraram as fotos , e ainda falaram que tinha 12 carros na minha frente que se eu quisesse tinha que esperar,se pra tirar alguma fotos levaria mais de uma hora e meia imagina o tempo do serviço, não recomendo nem para troca de pneus de bicicleta.
Bad service, grumpy attendants, I was treated as if I had asked for a favor, I went to change 2 tires authorized by #localiza, it was with a scheduled time, when I got there I was told to wait because they had to take pictures for budget approval, I waited for a an hour and a half and they didn't take the pictures, and they even said that there were 12 cars in front of me and if I wanted I had to wait, if it would take more than an hour and a half to take pictures, imagine the time of the service, I don't even recommend it for exchange of bicycle tires.

Levei pra fazer o balanceamento das rodas após a troca dos pneus (adquiridos lá também, bom preço) e o funcionário que me atendeu foi bastante competente e ainda identificou um problema no meu amortecedor traseiro. O balanceamento ficou perfeito. Recomendo.
The guys are attentive and provide quality service. I took it to have the wheels balanced after changing the tires (purchased there too, good price) and the employee who attended to me was very competent and even identified a problem with my rear shock absorber. The balance was perfect. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra pelo telefone e somente fui à loja para instalar, lá havia a previsão de trocar os pneus em 3h devido à cinta dos pneus de carro blindado, porém os instaladores tomaram a frente e fizeram tudo, mais alinhamento, em 1h e 30 min.
I made the purchase over the phone and only went to the store to install it, there was a forecast to change the tires in 3h due to the armored car tire belt, but the installers took the lead and did everything, plus alignment, in 1h and 30 min .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, não recomendo para ninguém, a não ser que a pessoa queira ser mal atendida, fazem diferença de carro que entra no local,
Cheguei no sábado 10:45 no local, não tinha ninguém e fiquei 10 minutos esperando ninguém veio falar um a, e ficavam olhando e dado risada e quando fui atendido foi com ignorância, e nem se quer chegou a oferecer o serviço de nada, era como se eu tivesse que ir embora, se não quer atender no sábado, fecha o local, é muito mais bonito, do que ficar fazendo isso com as pessoas!!
Péssimo lugar e funcionários despreparados!
Bad service, I don't recommend it to anyone, unless the person wants to be poorly attended, they make a difference in the car that enters the place,
I arrived on Saturday at 10:45 am at the place, there was no one and I was waiting for 10 minutes, no one came to speak an a, and they kept looking and laughing and when I was answered it was with ignorance, and they didn't even offer the service of anything, it was as if I had to leave, if you don't want to attend on Saturday, close the place, it's much prettier than doing this with people!!
Terrible place and unprepared staff!
