Em fim não trocou a bota agora estou entrando n justiça. Apenas ia só troca e não trocou

Já tem duas semanas que entrei em contato com a loja para a troca, e tem duas semanas que eu nem sei o que aconteceu com essa bota. Ninguém me fala nada. Estou esperando... Caso não resolvam a minha situação, vão brigar comigo na justiça. Nem terminar de pagar essa bota eu terminei ainda. É um absurdo!
I'm giving it a star for not being able to give less. I bought a boot from Ramarim, very expensive, spoiled with less than two weeks of use. It's been two weeks since I contacted the store for the exchange, and it's been two weeks since I even know what happened to that boot. Nobody tells me anything. I'm waiting ... If they don't solve my situation, they will fight me in court. I haven't finished paying for that boot yet. It's an absurd!
