★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesse local para comprar lustre, pendente, suporte de tv. Fui muito bem atendida pelo vendedor Lucas, super atencioso. Gostei de uma lâmpada no qual não tinha em estoque, só tinha uma última peça de mostruário, que estava em uso há 6 meses( isso quem confirmou foi a própria gerente), aí pedi um desconto, pois a lâmpada já estava em uso a todo esse tempo, e o valor era de R$ 129,00. A gerente, não deu desconto nenhum, disse que não daria desconto para o item, mesmo sendo de mostruário e em uso há 6 meses. Achei um absurdo isso, nos dias de hj, ainda + em pandemia.... ela foi muito mal educada, arrogante comigo. E pra variar, vi a mesma com arrogância com um casal de idosos que tb estava pedindo um desconto em um produto a vista. Enfim.... não volto nunca mais nesse lugar!!! O dono tem que saber que essa pessoa não serve pra trabalhar com o público!!! E eu não levei NADA...sabe porque?? fui maltratada por apenas pedir um desconto em um produto de mostruário. Se falasse com educação, quem sabe levaria o produto.... fiquei com pena do vendedor, pois ele sim, foi atencioso e educado.
Tem que dá lugar pra pessoas que saibam lidar com o público, essa Senhora tem que sair!!!! Ou é a dona, filha do dono, vai saber...mas tem muita gente precisando de um emprego e que saiba lidar com Pessoas.
Acabei comprando em outra loja na Rws Shop na Av. Firestone onde, sim...fui muito bem tratada.
I've been to this place to buy a chandelier, pendant, tv stand. I was very well attended by the seller Lucas, super attentive. I liked a lamp that I didn't have in stock, I only had one last piece of display, which had been in use for 6 months (this was confirmed by the manager herself), so I asked for a discount, as the lamp was already in use at all this time, and the value was R$ 129.00. The manager didn't give any discount, said she wouldn't give a discount for the item, even though it was on display and in use for 6 months. I found this absurd, on today's days, still + in a pandemic.... she was very rude, arrogant with me. And for a change, I saw it arrogantly with an elderly couple who were also asking for a discount on a cash product. Anyway.... I will never go back to this place!!! The owner has to know that this person is not suitable for working with the public!!! And I didn't take ANYTHING...you know why?? I was mistreated for just asking for a discount on a showcase product. If I spoke politely, who knows, maybe I would take the product.... I felt sorry for the seller, because he was attentive and polite.
There has to be room for people who know how to deal with the public, this lady has to leave!!!! Or is it the owner, the owner's daughter, who knows...but there are a lot of people who need a job and who know how to deal with People.
I ended up buying it at another store in the Rws Shop on Av. Firestone where, yes...I was very well treated.

Daiane is an excellent and super attentive saleswoman, she gave us all her attention via WhatsApp and in person.
Priscila has incredible technical knowledge, and super helped us in the best decisions, best options and appropriate solutions.
Thaize understands everything about lighting and did a sensational after-sales service, even talking over the phone with our electrician.
Apart from all that, we made several quotes and the price of Via Elétrica was the best, we even got a discount for payment via PIX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da funcionária Débora EXCELENTE. Fui perguntar sobre uma luminária e a loja não tinha. Ela com td pró atividade e simpatia ofereceu outras luminárias. Devido ao atendimento dela compramos 5 luminárias e todas as tomadas e espelhos de casa.
Ela fez a diferença na compra.
Só as luminárias que ficam no interior da loja que acho q deveriam ficar mais expostas. Vou voltar p comprar a delas...mas só pq a Débora mostrou...caso contrário não teríamos visto....pois o acesso nos fundos é limitado.
Donos poderiam ser mais simpáticos.
Service from the employee Debora EXCELLENT. I went to ask about a lamp and the store didn't have it. She with all pro activity and sympathy offered other lamps. Due to her service, we bought 5 lamps and all the sockets and mirrors in the house.
She made a difference in the purchase.
Only the lamps that are inside the store that I think should be more exposed. I'm going back to buy theirs...but only because Débora showed it...otherwise we wouldn't have seen it....because access to the back is limited.
Owners could be nicer.

I didn't like the service! The approach imposes arrogance on the part of the attendant. A lady comes out of nowhere and shows discomfort with crude words. There should be more training as good morning I can help, feel free, any questions just call.
