★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio possui uma ótima infraestrutura mas as regras internas provocam mais transtornos aos condôminos do que bem estar e segurança ao coletivo. Além disso, a Praça Seca deixou de ser um bom bairro há muito tempo.
