★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável a falta de competência e compromisso dessa transportadora. Não indico os serviços deles para ninguém. Na terça-feira (23/10) coletaram o material para levar até Recife chegada dia 30/10 às 08:00. E hoje dia 29/10, nos informam que estão em Sergipe e só entregaram a mercadoria no destino um dia após o combinado, ou seja 31/10, por conta do posto fiscal, barraram o caminhão por produtos de outros clientes que também estavam nele. (Não faz sentido, porque de Sergipe até Recife da 8 horas, então concluímos que ou eles fazem outras entregas no caminho, ou mentem a respeito da localização).
Se trata de uma mercadoria para demonstração e uma equipe está saindo de SP até Recife para realizar. Contamos com a entrega no prazo informado mas se soubessemos que seria dessa maneira, jamais contratariamos o serviços da via expressa.

The lack of competence and commitment of this carrier is regrettable. I don't recommend their services to anyone. On Tuesday (10/23) they collected the material to take to Recife on 10/30 at 8:00 am. And today, 10/29, they inform us that they are in Sergipe and only delivered the goods at the destination one day after the agreement, that is, 10/31, due to the tax office, they stopped the truck for products from other customers who were also in it . (It doesn't make sense, because from Sergipe to Recife at 8 am, so we conclude that they either make other deliveries on the way, or lie about the location).
It is a commodity for demonstration and a team is leaving SP to Recife to perform. We count on the delivery in the informed period but if we knew that it would be that way, we would never hire the expressway services.
