Infelizmente quando você vai fazer um exame através do plano de saúde eles se perdem, ficam tentando entrar em contato com o plano pra "autorizar" sem prazo para o cliente. Creio que falte um treinamento específico referente aos planos.
I arrived at 8 am, I left at 10 am and I didn't do my exam, I just went back home. Unfortunately, when you go for an exam through the health plan, they get lost, they keep trying to get in touch with the plan to "authorize" without a deadline for the client. I believe that specific training regarding the plans is lacking.
