Comprei uma bolsa para minha mãe de R$ 279 no dia 8 de maio. Exatamente um mês depois a alça arrebentou. Ao levar na loja, eles exigiram que a bolsa fosse levada numa sacola da loja que eles deram na compra. A sorte que minha mãe tinha guardado. Além disso, ao invés de trocarem, disseram que a bolsa arrebentada iria para análise, e só terá a resposta em 30 dias! Um descaso com o consumidor!
Vacant material and consumer neglect:
