Já é a segunda vez que preciso ir numa concessionária Renault, a primeira vez foi altamente frustrante e me senti lesado ao sair de lá. Nesta segunda vez, fui acompanhante apenas, mas o atendimento continua sendo precário. Particularmente, acho os carros da Renault muito bonitos, porém a falta de empatia no atendimento me faz sempre procurar outras opções.
The atmosphere is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. It is already the second time that I need to go to a Renault dealership, the first time was highly frustrating and I felt injured when I left there. This second time, I was only an escort, but the service remains precarious. In particular, I find Renault cars very beautiful, but the lack of empathy in service always makes me look for other options.
