★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim de limpeza, organização e ambiente agradável a clínica e nota 10, agora não cheguei a entrar e contato pelo telefone, mas a médica maravilhosa o plano alimentar super bem explicado, quanto ao atendimento de recepção é ótimo presencialmente, não fiz teste pelo telefone por isso não posso opinar. Experiência boa.
So cleaning, organization and pleasant environment, the clinic and grade 10, now I didn't get in touch by phone, but the wonderful doctor, the super well explained food plan, as for the reception service is great in person, I didn't test over the phone by I can't comment on that. Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltei a ter um atendimento na clinica e pude ver que o atendimento está nota 10, secretarias super atenciosas, a médica super atenciosa tirou todas minhas duvidas, vi que a clinica passou por uma mudança muito boa, pude constatar o atendimento da secretarias, não só pelo telefone, mas como presencialmente e o telefone, num para de tocar, e em nenhum momento vi alguém foi mal atendido e não sei por que algumas pessoas reclamam do atendimento. Pessoalmente já vi péssimos atendimentos em outras clínicas . Mas hoje posso dizer com toda convicção que Na Via Saúde vi um ótimo atendimento, vi pessoas na sala de espera falando super bem dos profissionais, vi realmente que se existiram alguma reclamação negativa, hoje com certeza foram resolvidos, todos de parabéns. E tudo seguindo direitinho com os protocolos de segurança com relação a COVID. Parabéns a todos ??.

Personally, I've seen terrible care in other clinics. But today I can confidently say that at Via Saúde I saw great service, I saw people in the waiting room talking very well about the professionals, I really saw that if there were any negative complaints, today they were certainly resolved, congratulations to all.
