★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo. Todos os dias a noite, quando vão guardar os ônibus na garagem, travam a avenida do Cursino, param todos os ônibus, um atrás do outro na avenida. Quem mora na região não consegue chegar em casa ou sair de casa. Nós finais de semana é pior pois começam a guardar os ônibus mais cedo.
 Trash. Every day at night, when they go to store the buses in the garage, they block Avenida do Cursino, all the buses stop, one after the other on the avenue. Those who live in the region cannot get home or leave the house. On weekends it's worse because they start to save the buses earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os motoristas fazem o que querem e não cumprem os horários de acordo com as escalas designadas e os ficais tem medo dos motoristas e não fazem valer o cumprimento das escalas.
Ganham muito bem e vivem reclamando que o salário é pouco.
Se acham donos da empresa,e quando ligo para fazer reclamação do péssimo serviço prestado o atendente diz que vai comunicar a diretoria da empresa e não repassam a reclamação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de ontem dia 18/04/2022, um ônibus bi-articulado de placa FWH4E87 bateu no carro da minha mãe - na Rua do Manifesto por volta das 14h30. Amassou a porta traseira e um pouco da dianteira do lado do passageiro, o motorista não prestou ajuda, não deu satisfação e seguiu viagem. Estou tentando contato com a empresa, mas os telefones fornecidos não atendem. Preciso de um telefone de contato. Grata!
On yesterday, 04/18/2022, a bi-articulated bus with license plate FWH4E87 crashed into my mother's car - on Rua do Manifesto around 2:30 pm. Dented the rear door and a little bit of the front one on the passenger side, the driver didn't help, didn't give any satisfaction and continued on his way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe leva minha prima de 3 anos pra escola aqui do bairro. Fica cerca de 4 pontos dentro do ônibus com a criança pequena e a mochila. Ela FAZ O PAGAMENTO DA PASSAGEM sempre como todo mundo. Por questão de praticidade e DIREITO já que ela está com CRIANÇA ela sempre pede para descer pela frente pois o horário que ela pega é horário de pico.
Hoje, dia 20/04/2022, um motorista da linha 4732-31 (vila Livieiro- Saúde), muito mal educado e grosso, disse que ela deveria pedir para descer pela porta de trás do ônibus. Constrangendo ela na frente dos outros passageiros. Isso porque antes ele já tinha destratado outra passageira que teve que descer pela frente pois o cobrador não tinha troco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A linha 477P é importante para diversas regiões em São Paulo já que faz um longo trajeto. Não entendo que tipo de treinamento que é dado aos motoristas responsáveis pelos excelentes ônibus que estão disponíveis nesta linha. A maioria não cumpre o horário porque estão mais preocupados em "apostar corrida" com outros motoristas da mesma linha, correm passam em farol vermelho. A maioria das vezes nao consigo acompanhar o percurso do ônibus pelo aplicativo porque na maioria das vezez passam 2 no mesmo ponto. Disputando entre eles quem chegará primeiro no ponto final. E claro fico na torcida para que todos os usuários consigam chegar salvos e livres de acidentes. Sugiro que a empresa invistam em investigação, para que preservem os excelentes ônibus e o principal as vidas dos usuários.

Most of the time I can't follow the route of the bus through the app because most of the time there are 2 at the same point. Disputing among them who will reach the final point first. And of course I'm in the crowd so that all users can arrive safe and accident-free. I suggest that the company invest in research, so that they preserve the excellent buses and the main users' lives.
