★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No açougue parece que nós estamos fazendo e favor pra eles, não prestam nem atenção no que falamos, pedi bife fino e cortaram grosso, pedi paleta inteira o açougueiro cortou, eu acho que se não trocarem logo a leva vão perder clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito precário. Os funcionários parecem que estão insatisfeitos de trabalhar nessa rede pois, eles atendem muito mal. O açougueiro do Viana - Universal só atende a gente com má vontade. Fui pedir uma carne e fiquei até com medo de pedir outra carne de tanta má vontade ele estava. Já questionei isso por duas vezes na rede conforme tenho guardado pelo Instagram e parece que o supermercado compactua com tais erros pois nada e resolvido. Com isso, optei por não mais comprar lá e também lembrar a todos que o Via do bairro universal tem um péssimo atendimento.
Very poor service. Employees seem to be dissatisfied with working in this network because they are very poor service. The butcher of Viana - Universal only serves people with ill will. I went to ask for a meat and I was even afraid to ask for another meat because he was so unwilling. I've already questioned this twice on the net as I've been saving it on Instagram and it seems that the supermarket condones with such errors because nothing is resolved. With that, I chose not to buy there anymore and also to remind everyone that Via in the universal neighborhood has terrible service.
