★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz serviço na oficina sem problemas, até que a 1 ano, foi trocada uma peça que infelizmente descobri ter sido trocada sem necessidade e que está com defeito. Irei até a oficina tentar argumentar e postarei aqui o resultado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Fiz a compra de dois pneus na site do Carrefour e solicitei a retirada deles na loja da Torre, Recife - PE. Com a compra eu ganhei a instalação e alinhamento dos pneus por uma oficina que fica no piso inferior da loja. Recebi os pneus na loja e segui a oficina do próprio Carrefour para instalação e alinhamento. Ao chegar na loja os pneus foram trocados porém fui informado que não ficaria 100% o alinhamento pois seria necessário realizar um serviço de cambagem no valor de R$ 220,00. Eu sabia que o mecânico e gerente da oficina estavam mentindo porque eu já havia realizado o serviço a menos de 6 meses e uma coisa não influiu na outra. Não aceitei o serviço e sai direto para uma oficina de confiança. Ao chegar na unidade o mecânico me mostrou pelos sensores instalados nas rodas que não foi realizado nenhum alinhamento e que não precisaria realizar cambagem. Só não voltei lá porque precisava ir trabalhar mas é uma vergonha ser enganado por uma empresa desse porte. Se eu tivesse documentado tudo já teria acionado à empresa na justiça.
Deixo aqui minha reclamação para que ninguém precise passar por esse tipo de constrangimento novamente, espero que alguma medida seja tomada.
Good afternoon. I bought two tires on the Carrefour website and requested their removal at the Torre store, Recife - PE. With the purchase I won the installation and alignment of the tires by a workshop located on the lower floor of the store. I received the tires at the store and followed Carrefour's own workshop for installation and alignment. Upon arriving at the store the tires were changed but I was informed that the alignment would not be 100% as it would be necessary to perform a camber service in the amount of R $ 220.00. I knew that the mechanic and workshop manager were lying because I had done the job less than 6 months ago and one thing did not influence the other. I did not accept the service and went straight to a trusted workshop. Upon arriving at the unit, the mechanic showed me through the sensors installed on the wheels that no alignment was performed and that there would be no need to change. I just didn't go back there because I needed to go to work but it's a shame to be cheated by a company of this size. If I had documented everything, I would have already sued the company in court.
I leave my complaint here so that no one needs to go through this kind of embarrassment again, I hope that some action is taken.

Reasonable service. It's just important to exercise caution, especially if your goal is free assembly and alignment after you buy the tyres. Do not do any other work on them without first consulting your trusted mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A uns meses atrás pedi para realizar a troca da mangueira do ar quente e o gerente me disse ser necessário fazer a limpeza do sistema de arrefecimento, tal procedimento que não foi realizado ao ser descoberto por outro mecânico. Disseram ter colocado aditivo que também não foi colocado. Paguei 120,00 pelo aditivo e 100,00 pela mão de obra e me senti lesado por esses picaretas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom pessoal, mesmo lendo o que escrevem aqui resolvi dar um voto de confiança a essa empresa via total, pois meu tempo é reduzido de mais e lá ficaria melhor para mim, situada em baixo do Carrefour torre. E, infelizmente a empurro terapia continua acontecendo. Fui fazer um rodizio de pneus e um alinhamento. O rapaz que fez o rodizio, assim que retirou os pneus condenou logo minha bandeja e bucha. Lembrei logo dos comentários aqui, a sensação é de vergonha alheia. Mas vamos lá... A minha bucha e bandejas estavam para mim claramente em bom estado e recusei a oferta de gastar R$ 480,00. Vamos para o alinhamento, o cidadão do alinhamento me falou que não ficaria 100% porque precisaria fazer cambagem, disse que meu pneu estava comendo só de um lado na dianteira e me mostrou o pneu dianteiro. Logo disse a ele que aquele pneu era o que estava atrás e vi claramente que estava com a banda de rodagem em perfeito estado pois tinha trocado de pneu a menos de um ano. Pedi para ele fazer apenas o serviço dele. O cidadão ficou por ali, rodou o carro, pegou uma ferramenta, sumiu e depois voltou, subiu no carro e baixou a plataforma e disse terminei. Daí encostou o gerente, eu perguntei a ele e o gerente o que vcs fizeram no meu carro? O alinhador disse: eu zerei o alinhamento do carro. Está alinhado! Daí eu perguntei: Como vc alinhou meu carro se eu não vi vc apertar um parafuso? Ele de novo disse que tinha alinhado mesmo sabendo que eu vi que não. Me senti muito mal com essa situação. Sei que muitos dirão: Vai no PROCOM, delegacia e tudo mais, mas se não tenho tempo nem para fazer o serviço como vou ter para isso? E uma sensação de impotência total. Paguei R$45,00 por um serviço que custa R$ 10,00. Não fizeram o alinhamento. E não me vnham com essa resposta automática de vcs, dizendo que não encontraram meu cadastro no sistema para o SAC me dar uma resposta. Que isso é uma tremenda mentira. Vcs tem sim o cadastro de todos que fazem serviços ai. Tenho a nota fiscal com meu endereço meunumero de celular e fixo. vergonha.

Comprei 4 pneus no Carrefour, onde ganhei troca dos pneus+alinhamento e balanceamento.
Levei no Via Total Pneus que fica no estacionamento do Carrefour para realizar o serviço.
Colocou o carro no elevador e o mecânico avaliou e falou que não daria pra alinhar e balancear. Pois teria que trocar a bandeja, pedi pra fazer o orçamento.
O gerente fez o orçamento e informou que seria 890,00 para realizar a troca das bandejas e os demais serviços(alinhamento + balanceamento).
Me neguei a realizar este serviço de troca de bandeja e foi realizado só a troca dos pneus. Fui em uma oficina de confiança e disse que troquei os pneus e queria realizar o alinhamento e balanceamento. Eles avaliaram e foi constatado que deveria trocar as buchas de bandeja.
Realizei os serviços de troca das buchas dianteira e traseira, alinhamento
e balanceamento das 4 rodas por 330,00 .
Resumindo, no via total condenaram a bandeja, onde seria apenas as buchas.
Realizando o serviço em outra oficina tive uma economia de 560,00.

In short, I didn't see a total condemnation of the tray, where only the bushings would be.
Performing the service in another workshop I had a savings of 560.00.
