Dia 28/03/20, compramos(minha esposa e eu) pneus, pra poder ter o serviço alinhamento de direção e montagem de pneus. Ok. Tivemos. Essa não é a questão.
Atendimento deles são bons, mas essa também não é a questão.
Nosso carro passou por uma avaliação na qual no final eles falaram que teríamos que fazer alguns serviços pois o carro estava precisando. Bendita hora em que eu aceitei, fizemos vários serviços, totalizando 10. Ok. Careiros mas enfim...fizemos.
Me lembro que um desses serviços foi a bendita caixa de direção teve o reparo na qual ele informou na época, ele fez reparo justamente falando que iria ficar bom e pq estava com folga, e em nenhum momento ele disse que pro futuro (tão próximo) teríamos que trocar a peça, para não ter um dano maior, e para minha surpresa levando o carro lá hj dia 19/08/20. O André disse que teria que trocar a caixa de direção. Como assim? O que foi cobrado achei que teria feito até a troca...nos alertaram de nada, sei que tem coisas que não tem como prever, mas dou valor ao meu tempo e dinheiro, e no tempo em que levamos para a revisão ninguém mencionou nada. Falei pra ele hj que carro está batendo, está com folga nos pivos, no terminal de direção serviço que ele fez. E o André disse que teríamos que trocar a caixa de direção pq estava com folga. E o reparo que ele fez o que adiantou? Estou de saco cheio em ter que me locomover até lá e gastar novamente em menos de 6 meses ter um problema assim e não me deu outra opção, saímos de lá muito nervosos, e insatisfeitos ...nem se quer olhou o serviço dele feito antes. Só falou que temos que trocar a caixa de direção.
Minha experiência no Via Total não foi das melhores E minha pergunta é: Ficaremos no prejuízo?
Cobram um valor absurdo de tudo, e ainda com desdém em nossa situação.

On 03/28/20, we bought (my wife and I) tires, so we could have the steering alignment and tire assembly service. Okay. We did. That is not the point.
Their service is good, but that's also not the issue.
Our car underwent an evaluation in which at the end they said that we would have to do some services because the car was in need. Blessed hour when I accepted, we did several services, totaling 10. Ok. Nice but anyway ... we did.
I remember that one of these services was the blessed headset had the repair in which he informed at the time, he did repair just saying that it would be good and because he was off, and in no time he said that for the future (so close) we would have to change the part, in order not to have a bigger damage, and to my surprise taking the car there today 19/08/20. André said he would have to change the headset. As well? What was charged I thought I would have done until the exchange ... they warned us of nothing, I know there are things that cannot be foreseen, but I value my time and money, and in the time we took it for the review, nobody mentioned anything . I told him today that the car is crashing, it is slack in the pivots, at the service terminal he did. And André said that we would have to change the headset because it was slack. And what repair did he do that helped? I'm sick of having to get there and spend again in less than 6 months having a problem like that and it didn't give me another option, we left there very nervous, and dissatisfied ... we didn't even look at his service before . He just said that we have to change the headset.
My experience at Via Total was not the best And my question is: Will we be at a loss?
They charge an absurd amount of everything, and still with disdain in our situation.

Terrible service they said they get free alignment only in my case they only did the assembly they said that my car didn't align everything blow the manager is the worst of all first-rate pick off this total road I don't recommend it to anyone, better buy the tire and pay to do the service elsewhere , than pay per mileage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 4 pneus novos e Instalação grátis com a Via Total... Porém o funcionário já vem tentando fazer vc pagar por serviços que não são obrigatório naquele momento, Foi o pior atendimento que já recebi como consumidor apartir daí,
Levou 2.5 hrs para chegar minha vez(até aí tudo bem) .
Depois mais 2hrs pra realizar a substituição dos pneus, Nunca vi tanta falta de respeito.
Enquanto um dos mecânicos liberava 2 carros, o rapaz q me atendeu fez só o meu em 2hrs.
Isso pq retirei o carro antes de fazer o Alinhamento se não seriam mais 3horas no mínimo...
I bought 4 new tires and free installation with Via Total... But the employee is already trying to make you pay for services that are not mandatory at that moment, it was the worst service I've ever received as a consumer since then,
It took 2.5 hrs for my turn to arrive (so far so good) .
After another 2hrs to replace the tires, I've never seen such a lack of respect.
While one of the mechanics released 2 cars, the guy who helped me did mine in 2hrs.
That's because I removed the car before doing the Alignment if it wouldn't be more than 3 hours at least...
