★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um sapato dessa marca e moro no ABC, essa é a única loja da região. Fui trocar e disseram que essa loja não fazia parte da rede de lojas e que eu deveria trocar em SP. Falta de comunicação entre os estoques das lojas sendo que é a mesma marca! Ir pra SP gastar gasolina, estacionamento, trânsito, pra tocar um sapato que entre as lojas/estoques poderiam resolver. Eu ganhei de presente mas não presentearia pq é dor de cabeça pra quem ganha e precisa trocar.
 I got a shoe from this brand and I live in ABC, this is the only store in the region. I went to change and they said that this store was not part of the chain of stores and that I should change in SP. Lack of communication between store stocks, being the same brand! Go to SP to spend gas, parking, traffic, to touch a shoe that between stores / stocks could solve. I got it as a gift but I wouldn't give it because it's a headache for those who win and need to change.

A algum tempo atrás tive um problema com uma carteira que comprei, defeito deles na qual foi uma burocracia para efetuarem a troca.
E hoje fui até a loja para trocar um PRESENTE, uma rasteirinha que ganhei e não serviu, o atendimento foi pior do que péssimo. Troquei e ainda dei uma grande diferença em outro calçado que escolhi, não fui informada que se eu precisasse trocar não poderia, apenas veio escrito dentro da caixa bem grande NÃO TROCA. Como assim??? E ainda a rasteirinha da minha amiga tb, veio com o par sendo do mesmo pé.
NÃO RECOMENDO, É SÓ PARA PASSAR RAIVA.

Some time ago I had a problem with a wallet I bought, their defect in which it was a bureaucracy to make the exchange.
And today I went to the store to exchange a GIFT, a flat sandal that I got and it didn't fit, the service was worse than terrible. I changed it and I still made a big difference in another shoe I chose, I wasn't informed that if I needed to change it I couldn't, it just came written inside the big box DON ' T CHANGE. Like this??? And my friend's flats too, came with the pair being on the same foot.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, IT'S JUST TO GET ANGER.
