O corretor ficava me mandando correntes no whatsapp com piadas ou msgs que não são profissionais. Perderam o laudo de vistoria de saída do imóvel, eu pedi para tirar o imóvel da imobiliaria e uma semana depois me ligam pra "atualizar o cadastro" e perguntam se o imóvel ainda está disponível. Enfim, não recomendo.
I didn't have a good experience using them as managers of a rental property. The broker kept sending me chains on whatsapp with jokes or messages that are not professional. They lost the inspection report for leaving the property, I asked to remove the property from the real estate and a week later they call me to "update the registration" and ask if the property is still available. Anyway, do not recommend.
