★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou por ser o único lugar de café no Sorocaba Shopping. Os preços são bem "salgados" para salgados requintados e doces do dia anterior. Vale mesmo só o café espresso.
I always go because it is the only coffee place in Sorocaba Shopping. Prices are very "savory" for exquisite snacks and sweets from the previous day. Only the espresso coffee is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, o pedido veio errado e não se sujeitaram a fazer uma troca do pedido, ainda quiseram me induzir a pagar pelo produto mesmo tendo vindo errado, paguei sem problema nenhum porém preferi nem consumir e nunca mais volto lá, pior atendimento é impossível!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em setembro de 2018 um familiar encomendou um bolo de aniversário muito saboroso por sinal, eu comi este mesmo bolo e achei divino o sabor, também o vi na mesa pronto para ser comido, além de bonito e bem preparado, este mesmo familiar disse que foram educados e gentis! Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos e opções do cardápio são ótimos. Infelizmente o atendimento varia muito. O atendimento na doceria do shopping Sorocaba é lamentável!! Falta treinamento e interesse dos proprietários. Já o atendimento no café anexo ao Coop da rua Padre Madureira é bom. Principalmente qdo a gerente está presente. É bastante atenciosa e prestativa. Os produtos estão sempre frescos e saborosos.
The products and options on the menu are great. Unfortunately the service varies a lot. The service at the Sorocaba shopping mall is unfortunate !! Owners lack training and interest. The service at the cafe attached to the Coop on Rua Padre Madureira is good. Especially when the manager is present. She is very attentive and helpful. The products are always fresh and tasty.
