 Far away, isolated in the middle of nowhere, the room that is for the public service is tiny, and whoever arrives has to ring and wait to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da estrutura deficitária da empresa, da má qualidade de alguns ônibus e da falta de unidades - que nos faz esperar muito tempo nos pontos - o atendimento na sede foi muito bom! As atendentes são muito educadas. Só não ganhou 5 estrelas porque não há entrega de fichas ou algo do tipo, fazendo com que haja desorganização no atendimento quando possui muita gente no local.
Despite the company's deficit structure, the poor quality of some buses and the lack of units - which makes us wait a long time at the points - the service at the headquarters was very good! The attendants are very polite. It just didn't get 5 stars because there is no delivery of tokens or anything like that, causing disorganization in service when there are a lot of people in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local afastado e de dificil localização (para algumas pessoas) não possui nenhuma placa da frente do escritório para informar o local dos cadastros, por isso temos que perguntar a funcionários dentro da garagem pra saber aonde fica. O atendimento é rápido mas a sala é muito pequena, apenas 6 cadeiras, o restante precisa esperar do lado de fora da sala ou se ajeitar em algum canto para poder ser atendido. Precisam melhorar a questão do acesso as informações, muitos reclamam que não atendem o telefone.
Remote location and difficult to locate (for some people) there is no sign in front of the office to inform the location of the registrations, so we have to ask employees inside the garage to know where it is. The service is fast but the room is very small, only 6 chairs, the rest need to wait outside the room or settle in a corner to be served. They need to improve the issue of access to information, many complain that they do not answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha que ter outra aviação, uma concorrência a passagem um abuso, e tinha que ter compaixão com estudante,as vezes não temos tempo de ir recarregar o cartão e temos que pagar 4 reais na passagem pq os motoristas não dar o troco certo pq "nunca tem moeda" .
There had to be another aviation, a competition for the ticket, an abuse, and I had to have compassion with the student, sometimes we don't have time to recharge the card and we have to pay 4 reais on the ticket because the drivers don't give the right change because "never have currency".
