★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite! No dia 05 de dezembro embarquei num GTV as 23:59 de BH para RJ e comprei este produto por acreditar que neste ônibus havia wifi. Como viajei com meu irmão adolescente, para mim este item era primordial. Ao perguntar o motorista sobre a senha, o mesmo disse que não tinha Wifi , com rapidez e se dirigiu ao seu posto. Eu acho isso uma falta de respeito comigo que comprei por um produto que vocês não oferecem de fato. A experiência do cliente deveria ser mais importante e não está sendo. Vocês precisam melhorar urgente estes serviços, estou super insatisfeita e vou divulgar esta reclamação.
Good night! On December 5th I boarded a GTV at 23:59 from BH to RJ and bought this product believing that on this bus there was wifi. As I traveled with my teenage brother, for me this item was paramount. Asking the driver about the password, he said he did not have Wifi quickly and headed for his post. I find this a lack of respect for me that I bought for a product that you don't really offer. The customer experience should be more important and not being. You need to urgently improve these services, I am very dissatisfied and I will disclose this complaint.
