★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ônibus é pontual, não tive problemas com as minhas viagens! Só acho que os valores poderiam ficar expostos com mais detalhes. E as vezes acho que alguns atendente do guichê não são simpáticos. Mas vai de pessoa pra pessoa, já fui bem atendida muitas vezes.
 The bus is punctual, I had no problems with my travels! I just think that the values could be exposed in more detail. And sometimes I think that some of the clerks are not friendly. But it goes from person to person, I've been well attended many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento dos motoristas, o ônibus para no posto, na cidade vc não sabe onde tá, quanto tempo vc tem par Air ao banheiro e comer, terrível, já foi melhor no passado.. diferente dos motoristas da aviação prata, que passa todas as informações durante sua viagem. Só para registrar, fiz a viagem de São Carlos para santos, no dia primeiro de fevereiro de 2022, chegada 14h, em Santos, só para não ser injustos com os motoristas bom.
Very bad service from the drivers, the bus stops at the gas station, in the city you don't know where it is, how long do you have to go to the bathroom and eat, terrible, it was better in the past. all information during your trip. Just for the record, I made the trip from São Carlos to Santos, on February 1, 2022, arriving at 2 pm, in Santos, just to not be unfair to the good drivers.
