★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrema falta de PROFISSIONALISMO. comprei a passagem pela buser e a viação esmeralda atrasou uma hora para chegar a rodoviária para embarque, no site dizia que não haveria paradas e a empresa Viação esmeralda fez todas as paradas.
Além do atrasado para embarque houve uma extrema falta de profissionalismo de não cumprir o que estava na passagem.
Muito insatisfeita com o serviço da viação esmeralda. Todas as vezes em que viajei com a Esmeralda houve atraso e descumprimento do que estava na passagem. Muito desorganizado.
