★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os horários continuam ruins mais na questão de qualidade dos ônibus melhorou muito e os motoristas da linha 06 as vezes passam 5 10 minutos adiantado um exemplo as vezes no horário de 15:45 e o ônibus passa 15:40

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abri um chamado no SAC em 18/10/21 e ainda não foi finalizado e o problema de atraso no horário não foi resolvido. Falei com o atendente Héctor Luquini e Sara Alves. Agora ja nem me respondem mais. O atendimento eletrônico diz q não tem atendente disponível.
Atendimento dos ônibus péssimo e do SAC tb. Acredito q ninguém cuide dessa área.
I opened a call in SAC on 10/18/21 and it still hasn't been finalized and the time delay problem has not been resolved. I spoke with the attendant Héctor Luquini and Sara Alves. Now they don't even answer me anymore. The electronic service says there is no attendant available.
Terrible bus service and SAC too. I don't think anyone cares about this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ônibus sempre quebram e não tem outro pra repor. Sempre tiram o Pantanal e ficamos sem ônibus. Sendo que eu uso pra trabalhar. Chego atrasada no serviço direto. Alguém pra resolver?
Terrible attendance. Buses always break down and there is no one else to replace. They always take the Pantanal away and we are left without buses. So I use it for work. I arrive late for direct service. Someone to solve?
