 Total lack of respect for the customer, a drug carrier. Landline does not answer, we have to call cell phones and they still leave us waiting and then hang up on us. Never again this carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eliana Lucia, embarquei em Santo André no Terminal Rodoviário Prefeito Saladino e o atendimento foi excelente, eu preocupada quanto as bagagens, e o funcionário Vinícius Ribeiro que estava no guichê foi muito atencioso, então fiquei mais tranquila e etiquetou as bagagens com antecipação quanto ao horário do embarque, e etiquetar as bagagens por antecipação já é um hábito do funcionário, depois ajudo-me levando as malas até o bagageiro, juntamente com motorista Edevaldo conhecido como "Santos Dumont" e tem uma moça e não recordo-me o nome, que também compõe essa história de educação, respeito, cordialidade e gentileza. Satisfeita, gostaria de salientar que esses funcionários são referência e fazem a diferença na empresa. A Viação Garcia está bem representada por todos da equipe que trabalham no Terminal Rodoviária Prefeito Saladino. Obrigada!!
