★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despachei uma encomenda em JF/MG para ser retirada em Natal-RN,na ultima sexta-feira e não consigo que atendam ao telefone no guichê na rodoviária, os outros telefones tb não. Acho uma falta de respeito o consumidor ligar para a empresa, no seu guichê e ninguém atender ao telefone.
Só dá ocupado ou atende e a ligação cai, penso que os funcionários estão atendendo e desligando o telefone.
I sent an order in JF / MG to be picked up in Natal-RN, last Friday and I can not answer the phone at the bus station, the other phones not. I find it disrespectful for the consumer to call the company at its window and nobody answer the phone.
It just gets busy or answers and the call goes down, I think the employees are answering and hanging up the phone.
