★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa: horários das viagens são irregulares, com superlotações e taxas absurdas. Para piorar o atendimento via telefone não funciona, já que não atendem e quando atendem não atendem suas solicitações.
É um ótimo exemplo de descaso com o público, justamente por não existir outra empresa concorrente na cidade. Ou seja, uma prática abusiva de mercado conhecida como monopólio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pouca vezes uso o ônibus e quando uso passo maior constrangimento ao ultrapassar catraca, pq não funciona o detector de dedo. E fica pior qdo vc depara com cobrador sem paciência e grosso. Certo fazer fazer como fizeram com o circular de Jacareí. Uma vez que é da mesma empresa. Próxima vez vou processar empresa, assim quem sabe toma uma atitude.
I rarely use the bus and when I use more embarrassment when passing over the ratchet, because the finger detector does not work. And it gets worse when you come across an uncooperative and thick bill collector. Surely do as they did with Jacareí's circular. Since it is from the same company. Next time I'm going to sue a company, so maybe I'll take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto a linha Jacarei-Sjc tinham que disponibilizar mais onibus pois é lotado qualquer horario.
Em relacao a linha que vai para Mogi das Cruzes simplesmente HORRIVEL!!!
Junto a Artesp é a unica empresa que vai para Mogi, entao oferecem o servico de qualquer jeito. Ate 2017 eram onibus grandes e quase que "confortaveis", pois sao antigos, e mesmo assim eram apenas de hora em hora e sempre CHEIOS ENTUPIDOS que ate entao levavam cerca de 1:30h de viagem. Entao desde 2017 a empresa inventa modos de piorar o servico! Comecou colocando onibus menores, com menos lugares e desconfortaveis. Nao contentes com isso depois inventaran uma catraca na saida do onibus diminuindo ainda mais o nr de lugares, enquanto isso o numero de passageiros aumentando pois faz linha de universidade.
Acredite se quiser mas conseguiram piorar!! Esse ano, 2019, resolveram retirar os cobradores e colocaram mais uma catraca na frente do onibus!! Isso gerou que o motorista tem que fazer de tudo, ele tem que dirigir e cobrar. É um onibus que vai extremamente lotado, vai todo tipo de pessoa, é comum ter ocrrencias de crimes dentro do onibus , assim ficando ruim mais ainda para os usuarios que ja estava um lixo e para o proprio funcionario, calma ai que ainda nao acabou o trama para prejudicar o passageiro. Com toda essa carga sobre o motorista a viagem agora leva 2horas!!! Fazendo com que os aluno e eu sou um deles percam o horario de aula e em mogi ha faculdades tradicionais de saude onde nao da para atrasar pois atendemos pacientes! Calma que tem mais. Agora tambem inventaram que vc paga a passagem, pega um cartao, valida o mesmo na catraca e ao descer deposita esse cartao em uma urna, fazendo que a viagem demore mais ainda! O passageiro leva um certo tempo para subir e descer, ja que o onibus é sempre lotado fica aquela imensa fila para descer do onibus gerando todo esse atraso.
Sinceramente nao tem nenhum porque de tanto controle sobre os passgeiros... Isso porque nem falei do desrespeito com o idosos e o perigo que é o trajeto que inclui trechos de serra e o onibus extremamente lotado...
E como sempre a passagem so fica mais cara, nao temos conforto e muito menos seguranca, total desrespeito com os usuarios.
A viacao pelo o que ela propria diz de ser uma empresa deveria rever seus conceitos! Incluo a artesp em tudo isso que descrevi pois as rotas que sao administradas pela EMTU é MENOS PIOR!
Que fique aqui registrado ao usuarios e pessoaa que pensam em usar o servico desta empresa e os o encorajo de lutar por melhorias nesse transporte pois pagamos e pagamos caro pelo PESSIMO servico que esta sendo prestado!!
As for the Jacarei-Sjc line they had to make more bus available because it is crowded any schedule.
In relation to the line that goes to Mogi das Cruzes simply HORRIVEL !!!
Along with Artesp is the only company that goes to Mogi, so they offer the service anyway. Until 2017 they were big and almost "comfortable" buses, because they are old, and even then they were only hourly and always FULL FUNNY that until then took about 1: 30h of travel. Since 2017 the company has invented ways to make the service worse! It began by putting smaller buses, with fewer seats and uncomfortable. Not content with this then they invented a ratchet at the bus stop, reducing the number of seats even more, meanwhile the number of passengers increasing therefore makes a university line.
Believe me if you want but they got worse !! This year, 2019, they decided to remove the bill collectors and put another one in front of the bus! This has meant that the driver has to do everything, he has to drive and charge. It is a bus that is extremely crowded, goes all kinds of people, it is common to have crimes of crime inside the bus, so it is bad for the users who already was trash and for the official itself, calm down there that has not finished the to hinder the passenger. With all this load on the driver the trip now takes 2 hours !!! Making the student and I am one of them miss the class schedule and in mogi ha traditional health colleges where you can not delay because we serve patients! Calm down, there's more. Now they have also invented that you pay the ticket, take a card, validate the same in the ratchet, and when you descend, deposit that card in an urn, making the trip take longer! The passenger takes some time to get on and off, since the bus is always crowded, there is that huge queue to get off the bus, generating all this delay.
Honestly, there is no reason why there is so much control over the passengers ... That's because I did not even mention the disrespect with the elderly and the danger that is the route that includes stretches of mountains and the bus extremely crowded ...
And as always the passage is only more expensive, we do not have comfort and much less security, total disrespect with the users.
The trip for what it says to be a company should review its concepts! I include the artesp in all that I described because the routes that are administered by EMTU is LESS WORSE!
That I stay here registered to the users and people who think about using the service of this company and I encourage you to fight for improvements in this transportation since we pay and we pay dearly for the PESSIMO service that is being rendered !!
