★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa deve ser fechada. Podem até ter linhas que tenham ônibus bons, porém em outras, os passageiros correm risco de vida. Nas linhas Itabuna-Lapa e Vitória da Conquista-Lapa, não tem essa vez que não troque de ônibus por quebra. Infelizmente só utilizo porque é o único que faz a linha. E estendo a responsabilidade para a fiscalizações da ANATT. Não tem condições o funcionamento precário dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os motoristas são verdadeiros heróis. Os cobradores para mim sempre prestativos. Mas, a empresa, os donos e os ônibus em péssimas condições deixam muito a desejar. Infelizmente, na maioria das vezes e a única opção q tenho. Tenho uma viagem para fazer para Aparecida, SP e estou preocupada. Acho que vou desistir.
Drivers are true heroes. The bill collectors for me are always helpful. But the company, the owners and the buses in bad conditions leave much to be desired. Unfortunately, most of the time and the only option I have. I have a trip to make to Aparecida, SP and I'm worried. I think I'm going to give up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando faço o treco são Paulo a Brumado e em vice versa e que preciso viajar de ônibus eu só viajo de novo horizonte pois ali encontro vários quesitos que mim fazem viajar nela como por exemplo o conforto do ônibus de dois andares o leito nós oferece bastante conforto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você tem que rezar ou ter sorte pra pegar um ônibus bom nessa viação. Constantemente os ar-condicionados estão pingando, molhando os passageiros do ônibus. Recentemente, em uma viagem que fiz, um dos pneus furou e tivemos que esperar 2 horas para que o mecânico da novo horizonte chegasse (o mesmo veio de outra cidade pegando carona com o ônibus da novo horizonte). Além disso, não conseguiram trocar o pneu devido ao estado ultrapassado dos ônibus, que raramente fazem revisões. Resultado: os passageiros que não quiseram comprar outra passagem com as vans que passavam tiveram que pegar carona com um ônibus que ia para o mesmo destino. Não sei dizer que fim teve o ônibus com o pneu furado.

Recently, on a trip I took, one of the tires blew out and we had to wait 2 hours for the mechanic of the new horizon to arrive (the same came from another city taking a ride with the new horizon bus). In addition, they were unable to change the tire due to the outdated state of the buses, which rarely carry out repairs. Result: passengers who did not want to buy another ticket with the passing vans had to take a ride with a bus that was going to the same destination. I don't know how the bus ended up with a flat tire.
