Poor care for elderly people who can not pay for their travel since they have the right to travel for people who never have tickets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive vários problemas com essa empresa, ônibus sujo, bancos sujo, ônibus velho.
Já aconteceu do ônibus quebrar, ficar mais de 1hr esperando outro ônibus e veio um outro ônibus fretado pela empresa muuuuito mais velho do que o ônibus que tinha quebrado.
Eles não tem preocupação nenhuma com o conforto e bem estar dos passageiros, só pensam em aumentar o valor da passagem cada vez mais.
Sem falar da falta de educação e demora para comprar passagens.
I've had several problems with this company, dirty buses, dirty seats, old buses.
It happened that the bus broke down, stayed more than 1 hour waiting for another bus and another bus chartered by the company was sooo much older than the bus that had broken.
They have no concern for the comfort and well-being of passengers, they only think about increasing the value of the ticket more and more.
Not to mention the lack of education and the delay in buying tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! A EMPRESA PODE TE DEIXAR PARADO NA ESTRADA CORRENDO RISCO DE ASSALTO! Nesse final de semana embarquei as 8h com destino para Paraty e previsão de chegada às 14h, porem 10h30 da manhã o motorista supostamente parou na primeira parada e demorou mais de 40 minutos para seguir viagem, onde um outro passageiro me informou que o pneu havia furado, o motorista fazendo descaso com todos, nem se quer deu o trabalho de avisar do ocorrido e muito menos nos deu informações da resolução do problema. Nossa sorte foi que isso tudo aconteceu pela manhã/tarde, imagina se houvesse acontecido a noite ou de madrugada? A empresa deixa os passageiros expostos para assaltos!!!! O ônibus que saiu de São Paulo 10h (ou seja, duas horas após o meu embarque) nos ultrapassou e chegou primeiro em Paraty. Moral da história, tivemos que esperar mais de duas horas para chegar outro ônibus pois a empresa não tem nenhuma medida preventiva nessas situações, chegamos em Paraty 17hrs (9hrs de viagem) perdendo então o dia todo de passeio.
WATCH OUT! THE COMPANY CAN LEAVE YOU STANDING ON THE ROAD AT RISK OF ASSAULT! This weekend I boarded at 8 am bound for Paraty and expected to arrive at 2 pm, but at 10:30 am the driver supposedly stopped at the first stop and took more than 40 minutes to continue his journey, where another passenger informed me that the tire had flat , the driver neglecting everyone, he didn't even bother to warn about what happened, much less gave us information on how to solve the problem. Our luck was that it all happened in the morning / afternoon, imagine if it happened at night or at dawn? The company leaves passengers exposed for robberies !!!! The bus that left São Paulo 10h (that is, two hours after my departure) passed us and arrived first in Paraty. Moral of the story, we had to wait more than two hours to get another bus because the company does not have any preventive measures in these situations, we arrived in Paraty at 17hrs (9hrs of travel) then losing the whole day of the tour.
