★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dizer que a empresa é realmente sem compromisso. Não é nenhuma novidade até então, a gente nunca pode contar realmente com a maioria das empresas. Só para contar um caso, hoje, dia 22/12/17 na rota Juiz de Fora - Ilheus - ficamos parados mais de 3 horas numa estrada esperando um mecanico, e o pior é que a demora em mobilizar um segundo onibus comprometeu muita gente. Perdi o onibus para minha cidade e tive que alugar um quarto, agora quem vai pagar por isso? Piff... Rio Doce, pois não...
I would say that the company is really no compromise. It's nothing new until then, we can never really count on most companies. Just to tell a story today, on 22/12/17 on the Juiz de Fora - Ilheus route - we were stopped for more than 3 hours on a highway waiting for a mechanic, and the worst of it is that the delay in mobilizing a second bus has compromised many people.
