★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pegar informação e uma mulher atendeu com muita falta de educação , no site estava um horário e ao ligar pra confirmar era outro, precisa ser congruentes , treinar os atendentes para passar informações sem grosseria.
Sobre os ônibus , sujos e sem tomadas para carregar celular, viajens longas devem conter tomada ou cabo USB para os clientes.
Motorista não olha se o ar está muito gelado , não pergunta os passageiros.
Todas as reclamações não acontecerem apenas uma vez , é um padrão que se repete sempre. Lamentável

Passagem cara, ônibus sem água no banheiro, fedendo, poltronas sujas, ônibus sujo, sem ar condicionado funcionando e que pegam fogo ? na estrada (literalmente, com perda total), além dos atrasos frequentes em todas as linhas. Pequenas viagens se tornam longas. Pior empresa do leste de Minas. Só investem nos ônibus da linha que vai para Rio de Janeiro (Vitória da Conquista x RJ e GV x RJ)
Por isso que sempre que posso, ando de GONTIJO, de carro ou outra empresa.
Se não dão conta de manter, deveriam fechá-la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por vezes a viação Rio Doce deixa muito a desejar, no auge da pandemia, não possui álcool gel no interior do ônibus na maioria deles. Veículos sujos e com mal cheiro. As viagens de curtas distâncias são demoradas, faz pouco caso com os passageiros, as vezes chega até ter passageiros em pé, quando na verdade deveriam ir todos sentados. O preço das passagens são caríssimos, fora de nexo. Preço muito alto e serviço bem ruim. Os funcionários dos guichês, motoristas e trocadores são simpáticos e gentis. Os ônibus urbanos de Caratinga também possui altos preços, e poucos ônibus em circulação, tendo que esperar muito tempo nos pontos de parada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa parou na década de 90, antes da internet e conforto chegarem ao Brasil. Não têm carregadores USB, banheiro não tem privacidade, o vaso sanitário fica altura da janela pra rua. E se o ônibus começa a andar, você vai chaqualhar como um animal de esgoto.
