★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei os ônibus da Santa Cruz no sul de Minas, ônibus sujos e barulhentos, já o semi leito é muito espaçoso.
Wifi nunca funcionou e TV muito menos, banheiros não são limpos, a única coisa boa é que servem água.
I used Santa Cruz buses in the south of Minas, dirty and noisy buses, since the semi bed is very spacious.
Wifi never worked and TV much less, bathrooms are not clean, the only good thing is that they serve water.

Viajei a noite e cheguei no meu destino de origem na madrugada, esqueci minha bagagem no ônibus, ligue na hora para o 0800 e fui muito bem atendida, onde segui orientações e no outro dia quando o ônibus retorno do destino final tive toda bagagem perfeita. Parabéns por tantas responsabilidade de todos os funcionários em especial aos motoristas.
All the best ! I traveled at night and arrived at my destination at dawn, forgot my luggage on the bus, call on time 0800 and was very well attended, where I followed directions and the other day when the bus returning from the final destination had all the perfect luggage. Congratulations for so many responsibilities of all employees especially the drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em questão de conforto continua excelênte. Utilizo a linha São Paulo x Carmo do Rio Claro pelo menos 1x no mês. Única coisa que não gosto é da troca de motorista durante o percurso . TODA vez para-se no trevo de Guaxupé para efetuar a troca de motorista e demora demais . Em torno de 20 minutos . Preço da passagem teve um grande aumento tambem. *( foto onde é efetuado a troca de motorista)
In terms of comfort remains excellent. I use the São Paulo x Carmo line from Rio Claro at least 1x a month. Only thing I do not like is the driver change during the course. EVERYTHING stops in the clover of Guaxupé to effect the change of driver and takes too long. About 20 minutes. Price of the ticket had a big increase as well. * (photo where the driver is exchanged)
