Ônibus: os veículos são confortáveis e limpos. Os motoristas sempre educados, atenciosos quanto às medidas de segurança, dirigem muito bem e são pontuais.
Atendimento: o atendimento é sempre rápido, oferece várias opções de pagamento.
Base de apoio: nesse ponto, deixa muito a desejar. O espaço é pequeno, quente (não tem ar-condicionado e geralmente só um ventilador pequeno), alguns móveis estão prejudicados e a pintura das paredes está descascando. Tem um banheiro pequeno, mas é útil, isso é um ponto positivo.
Entendo que o público-alvo da Total é de baixa renda, mas acredito que a experiência do cliente deve ser sempre levada em consideração. Manter o ambiente mais organizado nos renderia uma experiência muito positiva, especialmente quando precisamos ficar mais tempo esperando pelo ônibus. Além disso, seria muito mais agradável para os funcionários, o trabalho seria mais produtivo.
Hoje em dia, eu viajo pela Total quando o horário do ônibus é mais adequado pra mim em relação ao da concorrência. Mas, sinceramente, não tem diferença nenhuma entre as duas empresas, oferecem o mesmo serviço.
I've been traveling with total for over 7 years (the company had another name before) and I'll share my experience in topics.
Bus: vehicles are comfortable and clean. The drivers are always polite, attentive to safety measures, drive very well and are punctual.
Service: service is always fast, offers several payment options.
Support base: at this point, it leaves a lot to be desired. The space is small, hot (no air conditioning and usually only a small fan), some furniture is damaged and the paint on the walls is peeling. It has a small bathroom, but it's useful, that's a plus point.
I understand that Total's target audience is low-income, but I believe that the customer experience should always be taken into account. Keeping the environment more organized would give us a very positive experience, especially when we need to spend more time waiting for the bus. Also, it would be much more pleasant for the employees, the work would be more productive.
Nowadays, I travel with Total when the bus schedule is more suitable for me compared to the competition. But honestly, there is no difference between the two companies, they offer the same service.
