★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei essa viação para santos, motorista super prestativo. Referente ao ônibus, acho que estava com algum problema muito barulhento, uma viagem que durou 2hs,. ( véspera de feriado) poltronas confortáveis.
 I used this car for Santos, super helpful driver. Regarding the bus, I think it was a very noisy problem, a trip that lasted 2 hours,. (holiday eve) comfortable armchairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui viajar para o Guarujá nesse final de semana e infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com um motorista. Quando estava voltando pra São Paulo, tinha uma passagem marcada para as 16h e fui mais cedo até a rodoviária ver a possibilidade de adiantar a minha viagem, e o atendente do guichê, cujo fui muito bem atendido, prontamente me colocou no ônibus das 14:30.
Quando fui subir no ônibus, o motorista achou ruim que o meu horário foi trocado, dizendo, de maneira bem ríspida, que geralmente nem permite subir passageiros que eram de outro horário no ônibus dele e que se outro passageiro chegasse, eu teria de sair.
Ora, eu fui até o guichê e PEDI pra que a passagem fosse adiantada e a companhia me cedeu esse direito por lugares vagos no ônibus das 14:30. Se há algum problema entre o motorista e a companhia a respeito dessa questão, ele não tem de descontar no cliente. Infelizmente isso me deixou uma péssima impressão, não da companhia, mas do funcionário. Principalmente pela forma como me tratou na frente de outros passageiros, como se estivesse me fazendo um favor!
I went to Guarujá this weekend and unfortunately I had a bad experience with a driver. When I was on my way back to São Paulo, I had a ticket scheduled for 4:00 pm and I went to the bus station earlier to see the possibility of speeding up my trip, and the ticket attendant, whose service I was very well attended, promptly put me on the 14:00 bus: 30.
When I went to get on the bus, the driver thought it was bad that my schedule was changed, saying, in a very harsh way, that he usually doesn't even allow passengers who were from another time on his bus to get on and that if another passenger arrived, I would have to leave.
Well, I went to the ticket window and I ASKED for the ticket to be advanced and the company gave me this right for vacant seats on the 14:30 bus. If there is a problem between the driver and the company regarding this issue, he does not have to take it out on the customer. Unfortunately this left me with a very bad impression, not of the company, but of the employee. Mainly for the way you treated me in front of other passengers, as if you were doing me a favor!
