★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma viagem terrível, paguei o dobro do valor normal para viajar com conforto, ônibus mofado, ar condicionado barulhento, a geladeira que fica com os copinhos de água estava quebrada e fazia um barulho torturante, tinha fezes de rato dentro do ônibus. Formalize uma reclamação junto ao SAC e nunca obtive resposta, é realmente lamentável que existam empresas assim nos dias atuais. Fotos do mofo e também das fezes de rato. Por fora o ônibus é lindo, mas por dentro uma sala de tortura, uma pena que não dê para postar vídeos aqui.
I made a terrible trip, I paid twice the normal price to travel in comfort, moldy bus, noisy air conditioning, the refrigerator with the water cups was broken and made a torturous noise, there were rat feces inside the bus. Formalize a complaint with the SAC and I never got a response, it is really unfortunate that there are companies like that these days. Pictures of mold and rat feces. Outside the bus is beautiful, but inside a torture room, a pity that you can't post videos here.

Fui até a rodoviária de Mariana e ao guiche sem sucesso. Não consegui reaver os meus pertences! Funcionários despreparados para atendimento, muito decepcionada! Não recomendo, péssima experiência.
It wasn't very good, as a backpack was left on the bus.
I went to Mariana's bus station and to the ticket window without success. I couldn't get my belongings back! Staff unprepared for service, very disappointed! Not recommend, bad experience.

Por menos da metade do preço tenho experiências muito melhores na Buser

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus não muito limpo, sem tomadas USB para carregamento de celular. Deveriam proibir os passageiros de comerem dentro do ônibus. Fica aquele cheiro nauseabundo de tudo quanto é tipo de comida durante boa parte da viagem. As três estrelas são por causa do motorista, muito bom e cuidadoso nessas péssimas estradas de Minas Gerais.
Bus not very clean, no USB sockets for cell phone charging. They should ban passengers from eating on the bus. There is that nauseating smell of all kinds of food for most of the trip. The three stars are because of the driver, very good and careful on these bad roads in Minas Gerais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então não foi a 1 vez que tivemos problemas com essa empresa.. uma vez ônibus vazando água do ar condicionado segundo o motorista, fazendo um barulho passava em buraco ninguém conseguiu cochilar.. as viagens dão são a noite. . Ontem meu primo viria para São Paulo tinha uma compromisso hoje pela manhã.. de entre Rios de Minas.. fixou esperando o ônibus até as 23:32 e o rapaz do Guiche avisou ele é outros passageiros que o ônibus quebrou.. que ia sair outro de BH.. previsão era de 2:00 da manhã.. pois bem.. isso eu acho um desrespeito. Como uma empresa desse porte não tem ônibus reserva,se fosse uma empresa de turismo duvido que não arrumaram outro.. ou uma empresa como a cometa uma empresa grande né.. resolveria.. aí ele perdeu o compromisso hj de manha aqui em São Paulo.. e aí útil.. como resolver isso.. ????? Desrespeito, sem comprometimento com o passageiro..nao esta sendo Útil heimmmm
So it wasn't the 1st time we had problems with this company.. once the bus leaked water from the air conditioning, according to the driver, making a noise, it passed in a hole, no one was able to sleep.. the trips are at night. . Yesterday my cousin would come to São Paulo, he had an appointment this morning.. from between Rios de Minas.. he kept waiting for the bus until 11:32 pm and the guy from Guiche told him and other passengers that the bus broke.. that it was going to leave another one from BH.. forecast was for 2:00 in the morning.. well.. this I think is disrespectful. As a company of this size doesn't have a backup bus, if it was a tourism company I doubt they wouldn't have found another one.. or a company like comet, a big company, right.. it would solve it.. then he lost his appointment this morning here in São Paulo .. and then useful.. how to solve this.. ????? Disrespect, no commitment to the passenger..it's not being useful heimmmm
