 Horrible overcrowded buses, half of the drivers are rude and forget they are there for work and no thanks, I only use their service in the last case ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tudo é péssimo, desde o preço que não vale esses ônibus horríveis, até a quantidade e horário que passam, horrível, pior viação de ônibus que já vi na minha vida, tudo caindo aos pedaços, o preço que se paga por uma viagem é MUITO para as condições que esses ônibus estão, isso é um desrespeito com o trabalhador que precisa usufruir dele todo santo dia.
Terrible, everything is terrible, from the price that these horrible buses are not worth, to the amount and time they go by, horrible, worst bus ride I've ever seen in my life, everything falling apart, the price you pay for a trip It's a LOT for the conditions these buses are in, this is disrespectful to the worker who needs to use it every single day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de ônibus da nossa cidade , realmente deixa a desejar no sentido de estar sem inovação na área, cobrando também um preço alto pelas passagens de ônibus. Gerando muita reclamação da população que fica refém do serviço pois só tem ele na cidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei do quanto a Empresa Vale do Mucury zela pelo serviços prestados a cidade de Teófilo Otoni e região. Tem no meu conceito uma empresa que solidificou no mercado. Mas hoje, 14.02.2022, eu fiquei extremamente impressionado com uma atitude de um motorista que estava conduzindo o ônibus de placa OPR 1668.. Eu trafegava na 418 e este ônibus estava na minha traseira em uma velocidade além da permitida. Ao fazer o cruzamento na BR, O mesmo acelerou bruscamente tirando toda a minha visão. Foi um ato totalmente irresponsável feito pelo motorista do onibus que estava indo em direção a garagem por volta de 21horas. Fica aqui a minha sugestão para que este Sr tenha mais cuidado e atenção com seu ofício e mais respeito e educação pelos outros.
I know how much Vale do Mucury Company cares for the services provided to the city of Teófilo Otoni and region. It has in my concept a company that has solidified in the market. But today, 14.02.2022, I was extremely impressed with the attitude of a driver who was driving the bus with license plate OPR 1668. I was traveling on 418 and this bus was behind me at a speed beyond the allowed. When crossing the BR, it accelerated sharply, taking away all my vision. It was a totally irresponsible act by the bus driver who was heading towards the garage around 9pm. Here is my suggestion for this gentleman to be more careful and attentive to his craft and more respectful and polite to others.
