★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço muito desatualizado, sistema ultrapassado principalmente na questão de impressão dos bilhetes.
Ônibus são bem apertados pelo preço que pagamos, outras viações proporcionam mais conforto por preços e rotas semelhantes.
Porém nunca tive problemas com acidentes e etc, motoristas sempre são muito bons.
 Service very outdated, system outdated mainly in the issue of ticket printing.
Buses are very tight for the price we pay, other routes provide more comfort for similar prices and routes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Única opção no trecho Itu para São Paulo, talvez por isso se de ao luxo de não aceitar cartão nem de débito ou crédito, como não tem caixa eletrônico na rodoviária fica bem ruim se estiver sem dinheiro em papel

Ficamos sem opção no trecho Itú/São Paulo! De domingo a única opção de volta a São Paulo no final da tarde é o pior horário possível! Hoje demoramos 2h30 para chegar em São Paulo, no trajeto da Castelo Branco!
