★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta terrível, até para você pagar tem que suplicar o boleto que não enviam. Dispensando bons e sérios e competentes técnicos até o péssimo atendimento. Se a sua está ruim, NÃO mude para a via fibra.
This is terrible, even for you to pay you have to beg the ticket that they don't send. Dispensing good, serious and competent technicians until the poor service. If yours is bad, DO NOT switch to fiber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependi muito de ter contratado essa empresa. Tive problemas até no cancelamento, que não é possível fazer via telefone. Além de um atendimento totalmente despreparado. Via Fibra nunca mais. Tive que denunciar no Procon.
I really regret having hired this company. I even had problems with the cancellation, which cannot be done over the phone. In addition to a totally unprepared service. Via Fiber never again. I had to report it to Procon.

Não atendem o telefone, não enviam fatura por e-mail para pagamento, internet com pouco alcance do modem, atendimento presencial bom só salva do técnico Íta que é muito atencioso. Se não fosse pelo técnico minha nota seria 0.
I've never been so unhappy with a customer service, it feels like they've stopped in time. They don't answer the phone, don't send invoices by email for payment, internet with little modem reach, good face-to-face service only saves from the Íta technician, who is very attentive. If not for the technician my grade would be 0.

Não tem suporte algum ao cliente, quando mandamos mensagem não responde
Zero responsabilidade com o cliente, não sei pra que as pessoas abrem empresa ou então contratam funcionarios péssimos que não sabem da suporte algum. A gente tenta entrar em contato e eles não respondem

Agora a empresa não sei nem como pode estar aberta, contanto nos dedos para não processá-los, um fiasco de empresa, não recomendo nem ao meu pior inimigo!!!
