★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há ônibus suficientes para as linhas mais movimentadas. O wi-fi dos ônibus não funciona direito, poucos ônibus possuem câmeras de segurança, o que ajudaria não somente os motoristas e cobradores mas também traria mais segurança para a população.
Felizmente os motoristas e cobradores são simpáticos e eficientes em suas funções e atendimento.
 There are not enough buses for the busiest lines. The wi-fi of the buses does not work well, few buses have security cameras, which would not only help drivers and collectors but also bring more security for the population.
Fortunately the drivers and collectors are friendly and efficient in their duties and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, pois além de ter pego o ônibus num feriado que não tem movimentação, precisava pegar um segundo ônibus, porém o motorista discutiu com outro motorista por não saber passar uma simples informação de que não podia passar de uma linha pra outra, causando um constrangimento desnecessário não só a mim, mais a quem passava também. Acontecido dia 01/01/2020, 20:53 minutos. Na minha opinião não precisava passar por esse estresse, motorista linha Tiradentes da vez muito ignorante. Super chateada. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui informada que os ônibus para o novo Juazeiro só tem até às 20:00. Estou com uma oportunidade de emprego e vou perder por conta que não tem transporte. Deveriam rever esses horários,pois precisamos trabalhar e dependemos dos ônibus.
Today I was informed that buses to the new Juazeiro only have until 20:00. I have a job opportunity and I'm going to lose because I don't have transportation. They should review these schedules, as we need to work and we depend on buses.

Sem nenhum respeito com as pessoas.
Sem contar a grande demora que é pra passar um ônibus na linha Frei Damião.
Buses are full and the driver puts in more people and this always happens,
No respect for people.
Not to mention the long delay it takes to get a bus on the Frei Damião line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria fazer uma reclamação de alguns motoristas da frota Novo Juazeiro, sem educação, deixam muitos passageiro levando chuva podendo parar um pouco abaixo ou acima do ponto em ruas sem movimento, chega a ser vergonhoso e antipático.
I would like to make a complaint to some drivers of the Novo Juazeiro fleet, without education, they leave many passengers taking rain and can stop a little below or above the point on streets without movement, it is even embarrassing and obnoxious.
